  • Re: KTM RC 390 Ownership Experience

So yesterday had my bike open for some diy maintenance work which involved removing the tank. Since tank was removed, got it insulated with aluminium tape on the underside so that some percentage of heat does not transfer to the tank, thereby keeping fuel cool. This is not final application, yet to do the finishing. Click image for larger version

That's good. But I didn't understand use of it as stock setup is already taking care of heat well.

How much does this pressure washer cost? (serious question). Where do I buy it from?
What would happen if you brought your hand in front of the nozzle?(noob question)
I have bought it at 7k(after discount) from Metro cash and carry kolkata.
If you put the hand in front of the nozzle( when the gun is on) it may produce some lacerated injury because the pressure of the water jet is much high.

            You'll need a good mechanic.

My friend had done this this Ninja 250 because he was doing long kilometres.

You need to drill holes in the clamp and then put Duke or Pulsar 150/180 straight handle bar.
Keep in mind : It will change the handling experience completely

            This is the cheap version.

For getting your clip-ons on a higher levels means buying the height-raisers from international websites and paying shipping, that would be very costly.

Right side foot rest is under 500 if I recall correct.
And you might not put the NS pegs because the size and look is different.

I think I should upload my bill pics here, it would be useful to check prices of few stuffs. The estimate was around 1Lac of my accident.

If possible try to upload pic of low beam and high beam separately.
And what is the wattage of ballasts?
