Yes you are correct, that extra lumens are responsible for more light.
Mine is 2015 RC without always ON headlight , so its ok for me to keep H9 in low beam and use whenever needed.

Coolant fill up spot placed to left, was comparing to 2016 and older models

Coolant expansion tank has always been on the left on the rc at the same position as the pic u posted.
on the dukes it's on the right.

The other "unnoticed" yet noticed might the metal fuel tank perhaps. But there are subtle changes to the RC series, the main one being the naked ones. Our favorite isn't it.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
            The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

Wiring kit damaged by rat bite, svc quoting 11k+ for changing full wiring kit.they are saying the wiring should be changed from head to tail(full kit) and can't even claim in warranty. Can I get spare wiring for it ? Or do I really have to change full wiring kit ??

See if you can claim it under insurance
Yes, the wiring is sold as a single unit.
It might be possible to fix the damage with some soldering using extra wire (or from another scrap wiring kit, especially if you need those connectors). I've seen svc mechanics 'helping' some customers fix theirs this way especially if you have a good rapport with them. It does involve a bit more work, but saves you a lot of money.
Try talking to the mechanic and follow the unwritten rule if needed

I just did talking to them about jugaad work, but they worried about if it goes short circuit. However mechanic said will do soldering at his best if it doesn't work out I have to change the kit [emoji29]

if done with patience, and taped up properly using some heat-shrink there shouldn't be any risk of short circuit.
but remember it is best done with the wiring kit removed from the bike (i wouldn't advice doing it with the wiring on the bike). if you are doing it with the wiring loom on the bike, then remove as many panels and stuff out of the way and make it a point to remove the petrol tank, battery and the ecu connection.
There isn't much 'extra' wire on these ktm's so be careful, and try to get the entire wiring loom out and then fix it, otherwise you might miss other places where there might be damage and will cause you to break your head again. Do it right the first time.

Thanks for the inputs bro, I just called the mechanic and he said it's just wire to wire connecting and no need of soldering he said. Looks like he gonna use some spare wire to connect and wrap with tape.

Yes. No plans to sell it as of now.

If we have one or two wires smeared and the wires and in continuous, we can splice the affected part and use bit wires to make the wiring intact. Again, this is to be done carefully and someone who is really competent and have a keen eye. In cases where the wiring is cut or spliced significantly then replacement is necessary. Wiring kit is replaced as a single entity. Or go full jugaad, remove the loom, inspect the affected area and then solder shink wrap, takes time and good hands.

I'd suggest try sourcing from any junked or totaled bikes, again this needs some luck on your side too.

                              Cheers!
