There is a slight squeaky noise when moving the handle towards right side and the famous Kat-Kat sound when applying front brakes. Also feels like the cone-set is moving. (All those symptoms of cone set issue)
Mostly it is not covered under warranty (maybe if the bike was relatively new). But again, no harm in asking them if you have a good rapport with them.
First try adjusting it (tightening it) a wee bit.. My bike had a similar issue and a simple tightening a wee bit fixed it (this was at around 24k km on odo). You need to loosen the top nut and then tap the adjusting nut below it using a punch+hammer (make small adjustments) and keep checking if the play vanishes and then tighten the top nut (and remember the handle bar should move freely from side to side).
If the adjustment doesn't work, then go ahead and replace the required parts (either just the ball bearings or the entire race+bearings kit and ensure lots of grease is packed in while installing the bearings)

Yeh maybe. I can't remember exactly if it was 10W or 15W. There was a specification document that i remember reading.. can't seem to find it.

Wanted to do give a good Polish to bike DIY, so as to protect from dust.
        Any suggestions guys?

You can use both, as per KTM. According to them, mixing both aint an issue. But I would suggest you to keep a bottle of Motul with you and top up with it.

after 2yrs on my d200, i drained the factory filled coolant and filled up with motocool expert. it works just as well as whatever was stock ,i was hoping for some improvement like say better heat transfer (which translates to fan coming on later or running for shorter duration).. but none of that happened. So why am I whining ?.. Well the motocool expert cost me significantly more than the inugel expert . The motocool expert seems to be made/targeted specifically at motorcycles, so I don't think it shouldn't be doing any harm (been around 6 months now, no issues for me) while the Inugel expert seems to a be a more 'generic' coolant that can be used on cars as well. Their chemistries also probably differ with the motocool being a 'hybrid' type iirc.
So if you are only able to get your hands on the motocool, go ahead and use it.. otherwise the inugel expert which is what is usually used at the svc.

As of now my rc390 is still under warranty and i doubt changing the coolant from stock one may lead to warranty lapse.

if you are worried about warranty, then stick to whatever they put in at the svc.. my svc did not have a problem with me using the motocool expert . i know some of those folks can be a pain when it comes to using oil/coolant purchased from outside/different brands.

                              Hey Guys,

I was riding in the 42 degree scorching heat yesterday in Delhi and the fan was just running all the time which was so irritating. I was just thinking to shift to engine ice coolant, I have heard few positive reviews about. Does anyone used it with RC390 here? Any benefit anyone experienced here?

If you are thinking that fan will run for lesser time with Engine ice, then you are wrong.

Be happy as long as fan kicks in and runs on time, if it doesn't then you're nowhere. [emoji1] [emoji1]

If you want superior fan with less noise then go for a fan made from SPAL. You have to import it and its costing around 4k rupees. I heard lots of international reviews saying this fan runs less time as it is powerful than stock, also it has less noise than stock.
