That big black cable is main wiring, dont mess with it its not causing any sound(even if you hit it with a hammer it doesnt make THUD sound)

    About changing lights,
I dont recommend it to any1, right now it has best in its class,

About buzzing sound between 3.5-5Rpm its because of Slightly loose RPM needle,

Lube n adjust chain slackness every now n then!
If you are using bajaj oil change it at every 3K Kms(dont forget to clean magnet)
Apply a drop of oil at every movable parts,

Im sorry if i dint read your earlier post but why is your bike fairing disassembled? Is because of vibrations/thud sound or some other issue?

If you say that the buzzing sound at 3.5 to 5k rpm is from the speedo needle then it must be one heavy/loud needle buzz. it feels like a panel/panels are buzzing, not a tiny needle.

hopefully the they locate and resolve all the fairing vibrations/thud sounds for the good of all RS200 owners.

Regarding headlight being best in class, maybe im used to brighter headlights of a car but on highways with on coming traffic without street lights,i have to strain my eyes to see 10+ meters ahead.
I guess it must be worse off for bikes like the gixxer.fz with their single 35w bulbs.

      regards

The thud sound actually comes from mud guard when touching the big cable. I just want to run the cable left side. I tried to take the picture of cable texture from the mud guard. I was unable to focus the affected area.

I hope you might have seen the complete picture of wiring paths. If possible please ensure is it possible to run the cable in different way and whether the cable length will permit to do that.

If you think its from fairing remove it n ride you will still listen that buzzing,

Its not my bike i found it in ASC, it has faulty ECU so to findout they have removed everything,

Hi Bro, in my earlier post I mentioned that I have removed the mud guard and there was no thud noise. While inspecting the mud guard I came to conclusion that cable only making thud noise from the mud guard. There is a limited clearance or space between mud guard and the cable.

Since it is a Japanese make they should have considered and modified this design to suit Indian roads.

                Hi Bro, You are great.

Morning I removed the front fairing unit and unplugged all the connectors. After that I ran the main cable to the left side of the fairing unit and I moved the brake cable behind the fork frame (allowed free play). Connected all the cables back. I put the cable tie as much as possible . I got a chance to tighten the instrument panel unit and tighten well. I fit the fairing unit back. So finally there was no cable under the fork frame. Time came to test ride the bike and disappointed with the "annoying, horrible, irritating, etc thud noise". I haven't stopped my work so removed the mud guard and tested there was no noise. Did so much of research on the mud guard. I have put the rubber washer to the mud guard. Finally ended up with the thud noise. Not able to figure it up how the noise is coming. All the ways I tried and tired. No more research until unless I get any clue or idea.

Morning 6.30 started and finished at 11.30. 5 hours hard work gone waste. Time to take rest and sleep.

                  Guys, I have a query:

                  1) What is the Highway Fuel Efficiency of the RS200?

                  2) Is it lower or higher than the Carbureted but lighter (153kgs) AS200 and by how much?

Bro, I am asking these silly questions because I am new to bikes and don't know much about their formation and parts.
                    So my questions is,,
Which magnet are you talking about,Where it is located and how to clean it?
Sorry if I am bothering you with my silly question but seriously I don't know about magnet.
                    Thanks a lot in advance...

Try not quoting the entire picture set next time.

You can get this sound , without k & n
, just remove the upper plastic cover of air filter box . It has two parts ,remove the upper box which has the hose pipe & just attach the air filter element with the lower part . U r done. enjoy .
I removed it since day one on my ns200 .

Yes that's the main disadvantage, & also water enter the air filter box when u wash the bike.
                                Solution:
Change air filter element every 5000km , drain the water from drain plug regularly .
