Re: Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 Owners Review and Experience
Very convenient for you to use the "newbie" tag. we have asked you to read the manual not once but many times but you keep on pestering with the questions that at some or other point have discussed or are already there in the manual.Originally posted by Sharma Ji View PostHey what the..... I had doubts so I asked what is your problem.
I have silly questions just because I am new.

When compared to scissor jack,Originally posted by Ankitsingh007 View PostHow is that wooden plank easier then scissor jack?
It is wide, n cutted with slightly angled so it takes whole weight n transfers it to ground,
Scratchless,
Just put a plank n lift the bike,
But its not possible with jack it takes time.

I use jack myself for my 200ns as i don't have center stand [emoji14] [emoji28]Originally posted by Yatheesh S Yashashvi View PostWhen compared to scissor jack,

And that plank would be easy but not so worthy.
But that's wood plank it might not take that weight at times.
and in case of jack it is more designed specifically for lifting weight of cars which is in fact heavy then our sub-200cc segment bikes.

Next time when you use jack, just take a look at where swingarm n jack meets, then you ll understand what im talking about.Originally posted by Ankitsingh007 View PostI use jack myself for my 200ns as i don't have center stand [emoji14] [emoji28]

Not necessarily its a quality issue. The same thing could happen if you plow into the vehicle in front of you bro.Originally posted by Yatheesh S Yashashvi View PostIm talking about quality issues,
N trying to explain it as a common with every bikes.
Agree with you bro, this could happen to any bike on the face of this earth no matter how expensive or how cheap it is.

check if your ABS is working..if it's working fine then the issue might be with the sensor.. Any way visit svcOriginally posted by Rover200 View PostHi guys,

Re: Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 Owners Review and Experience
Guys i have clocked 580 kms on my Rs 200.Next week, me and my friends are planning to go on a short trip which is around 70 kms form my place. So the route which we are taking is a national highway and there wont be much traffic. So i can easily go beyond 100 km/hr.I m done with the first service. Now Since it is still in run in period is it advisable to go and come back (which ll be 140 km).If Recommended at what maximum speed should i drive it? Wont the distance cause any trouble to the engine.I have not ridden it for more than 10 Km at a stretch.Advice appreciated

Regarding speed, just stick to the maximum rpm limit as given in your manual (other members correct me if I am wrong).
You can give it an occasional burst but only for a very short duration.
Also don't ride at constant rpm for long time.
Happy riding!

For abs bikes they keep lot of free play for rear brake, so tell them to adjust it,Originally posted by Sanket s View PostHey guys today I took the delivery of the bike drove it for about 35 km.. 2 things, the bike is getting heated very quickly..tho the coolant level is max and the rear brake is useless I depress the pedal fully still there is no effect.. please reply.
Heating!!
Its common for new bikes especially new bikes with liquid cooled in summers,
