    1. Post 1700kkm and 1 service and 3 engine oil and filter change below 4000rpm and occasionally at speed of 75kkm max she is giving me 40-45 kmpl city mileage.i mostly rode single and within the city.Tried to be smooth with clutch and not to lug or Acccelarte sudden. Is my running in complete????
Yes!! get the oil and filter changed again (as they will have minute metal pieces from your run-in)and it is complete!

    2. Can i take it on a 300 long ride. Up and down . With a pillion.
Of course you can but the seat is bit hard, so take rests in between.

    3. It vibrates as u said. Little from meter console. And mostly at thighs and foot rests. Will it ever go away?? Or. Its fine???
meter console vibration : Ask SVC to fix gaps in fairing etc using double sided tape.
Foot peg Vib: Felt between 4k-5.5K, beyond that they disappear completely!

    4. Sometimes it stalls. Coolant level is checked. Is it my clutch geAr and accelerator co ordinations issue or is there any other problem???
Its coordination issue, practice makes the man perfect!

      Hello Everyone,

      I received my RC yesterday. However, I have a few doubts regarding the details mentioned in it. It says;

Horse Power (bhp) : 200 (certainly wrong)
      Maker Class : Pulsar 200

Will it create any problem in case in future I apply for any insurance claim ? It doesn't mentions whether it is an AS, NS or RS.

Could you all please help me on this ?
I look best when I take my helmet off, I have a glow on my face and a bit of helmet hair ;)

Hey guys.. I was watching some videos in youtube related to RS 200 mobile holders and i came across a video that was interesting. This guy has installed a Bottle/Can holder on the RS that can be used as a mobile Holder too.The interesting part is that mobile holder is not too costly and can be installed /removed easily.I am pasting the links from which you can watch as well as buy the holder. What do you think guys about the Product? Should we buy it ??

Coming to the extension to fit the mobile holder, is this extension easily available? or was it fabricated?

So I got a call last night asking me to come and pick up my bike. I went to Bijapur test-drove it and its A-OK...at least for now. They said that they had to replace a part. A coil to be exact a HT COIL. The fuel pump is OK and unaffected. They also asked me to stop fueling in at Reliance petrol bunks as that's whats led to the problem. Go figure!! But as of now and 86kms later, hes purring like a kitten!!

Lovely. So it was the HT or as some say - Ignition coil.
                  Congratulations!!!

Please get it revised in the RC book at the earliest.
You would not want unnecessary trouble from the insurance or RTO guys later.
They would just use this as a chance to cause a problem to you.
Get your dealer to sort this out and they would've done the bike registration process

Id sure love to get my hands on a 200bhp Pulsar 200 😉

On a serious note - would suggest get it rectified by the dealer asap... else it may coz issues with the cops.

Anybody thinking of joining the Pulsarmaniacs riding group for RS 200 owners announced recently by Bajaj?

Not available in smaller cities yet so I won't be able to join.

This is a step in the right direction by Bajaj. If anyone goes on a ride do post pictures!
