Hi guys can u help me on 17th June I had submitted my bike to Gems Auto Chinchwad for problem regarding Bike Fairing Vibrations& Wrong Fuel Display and many more things and what I found was shocking after opening the fairing of my bike attaching the photos for your reference that how well bajaj auto is doing their quality checks of their premium bikes see the fairing holes which was fitted on my bike the hole which is defective causes vibration and there is no chance that I am gonna sit and wait for ur reply this time I am gonna complain to CONSUMER FORUM as I am being cheated by u guys and I need my money back enough of fooling .And there were 3 clips which should have been put near the fairing assembly where only 1 clip was installed which were installed later which I was charged for .After opening the whole fairing they got to know that they don't have the fuel gauge so they again fitted it back and requested to come back again later I am tired. visiting again and again to showroom.Till now so many defective parts have been changed NEUTRAL SENSOR,SPEEDOMETER, AND RECENTLY EVEN A SPRING IN CLUTCH ASSEMBLY,AND NOW THEY EVEN HAVE ORDERED PETROL GAUGE WHICH SHOWS WRONG FUEL READING AND NOW FAIRING which is defective how can it be through quality checks ?This is ridiculous I am totally frustrated from day one I am facing problems.

This is the mail part which i have sent to customer care of bajaj so please ignore if i am hyper or rude need a solution just have lost all hopes wanna post photos for the defective fairing and those missing clips also.Hope so i will get help.

Those plastic clips will pop/jump/fall into fairing gaps while opening and its difficult to search so they have installed newones,
About faulty fuel gauge how can they say without checking it, after finding the fault they will check the stocks,
About that bolt hole it happens with any brands if they overtight it or loosely tighten.

How did you know that speedometer and neutral sensors are not working, did they connect it to Bosch diagnosing tool.

(1 service guy told me that 1 bike was behaving like mad dog, even after changing every fuel supply parts and electronics, even wiring harness, it was acting same, then they swapped ecu from crashed bike then it solved the issue, so always try to check those issues by diagnosis unit)

These are very common issues, no matter whatever you do you wont get your money for these issues for sure.

Im not covering bajaj faults, even i know how hectic bajaj ASC are,

Horse Power (bhp) : 200 (certainly wrong)
            Maker Class : Pulsar 200

Will it create any problem in case in future I apply for any insurance claim ? It doesn't mentions whether it is an AS, NS or RS.

Could you all please help me on this ?
Even on my RC it is written as
Basic horse power(bhp) cubic capacity :200

I dont know how other states print their RC's,
In Karnataka, particularly in Bengaluru we get smartcards and it doesn't mention BHP's.

The service indicator icon, wrench symbol, is meant to appear exactly at 500 kms, 4750 km, 9250 km, and so on... Every time you reset your service indicator icon, it'll show you the next time when the wrench symbol is supposed to come up. That's why you saw 9250 being displayed prior to getting reset.

For neutral sensor problem my bike's neutral light used to go frenzy it used to blink like indicators so without checking further they had changed NEUTRAL SENSOR and then still after the it didn't help the SPEEDOMETER was changed now coming to FUEL GAUGE when they checked that on multimeter. It doesn't show stable readings it just keeps on varying this is wat I was told by service center people and about those clips which u said I asked the person who was working on my bike I asked him that clips must have fallen to that he said the fitting is such that clips don't have chance to fall they didn't fit the clips only .And they guy checked the bike using the BOSCH tool. And coming to the fairing the fairing was neva opened till now and if u see it in real the damaged fairing seems to be burnt or melted damaged thing and after opening there were no broken parts or anything. And what would u say about the spring in clutch which led to dead gears for which I was not able to shift gears which I had mentioned previously?? So many things of a brand new bike seems impossible .And as per my knowledge after talking to one of the person at the service center the guy had told that during training for RS200 they were strictly told that they should not touch the engine atleast for 20000 kms except doing oil changed fuel filter oil filter whatever comes in servicing now anyone relate this to reality. It's 11000kms still the gears aren't smooth and now there is even a smell like something is getting burnt after I ride bike for sometime.

Can you try some other service station? Also, when mailing Bajaj please use a language which is readable. Short sentences - Different issues in different paragraph - simple language - etc. I had to read your posts at least 4 times to understand what you are trying to say. I doubt people at Bajaj customer care will put in so much effort and your email will simply get un-noticed. And please USE some commas and full stops! Its too confusing to read not knowing where the sentence has ended.

                    Try formatting your post like:

Neutral sensor problem: My bike's neutral light used to go frenzy. It used to blink like indicators. Without checking further, they changed NEUTRAL SENSOR. When it didn't help, the SPEEDOMETER was changed.

FUEL GAUGE: When they checked it on multimeter, it doesn't show stable readings. It just keeps on varying. This is what I was told by service center people.

About those clips you mentioned, I asked the person who was working on my bike if the clips have fallen. He answered that the fitting is such that clips don't have chance to fall. Actually, they didn't fit the clips at all.

Fairing: The fairing was never opened till now. If you see it in real, the damaged fairing seems to be burnt or melted....

Rest was too painful to edit... But you get the drift....

Guys, the fuel is exactly at the position near that thing(is it a fuel injector?)...If it is then how much litre is remaining, and whether the bike will run if the fuel is below that thing?

I don't believe that double side or 3M tape withstand for longer time.

So I put a small hole on mud guard by using knife.

Please refer to my previous post.

I found this on website but it wasn't available in mysore road store,
Its longer than what you bought,
Will try to get it, lets see how it goes.

Take 2 inch pipe clamp cut it to fender size and lock it with 2 small nuts n screws,
                              Mayb that will hold longer.

Bro, the product you found is having more bends. I suggest you to don't go for that one.

The same product which I used is available in Decathlon Sports India, Bellary road (from Hebbal 16km). Either order online or visit the shop.

Pipe clamp is not required. Just use bolt, nut and washer. Earlier I used local double side tape and that didn't help well. So later I used 3M tape and works well.
