Re: Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 Owners Review and Experience
Guys...
A doubt may be silly..
😬
200ns has underbelly exhaust,
On RS200 we have the similar underbelly and another regular end can out side attached to it.
So there are two exhausts connected in series on RS200,
What if we remove the underbelly thing and connect the dual tone end can directly on to the pipe coming from Cat-Conv ?
Has anyone tried that?

Re: Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 Owners Review and Experience
The addition of Fuel Injection resulted in a louder/deeper more pronounced sound in the RS 200. To compensate Bajaj had to add a silencer as an end can.Originally posted by IamAditya View PostGuys...

The middle part is the catalytic converter, the end can is the silencer.
Watch this video I made to listen to the bike without the end can:
here
Yes theoretically you can do that, but the sound will be similar to stock because like I said it's a silencer. It's primary goal is to lower the sound.
Instead of that you can just remove the end can and enjoy a deeper sound for a while. Be careful in traffic though, as your right foot will be directly in front of the hot exhaust gases coming from there. Cheers!Last edited by Minisoda; 01-29-2017, 08:49 PM.

With the end can removed, it doesn't sound as louder as with the exhaust right ?Originally posted by Minisoda View PostThe addition of Fuel Injection resulted in a louder/deeper more pronounced sound in the RS 200. To compensate Bajaj had to add a silencer as an end can.

It's louder than the stock exhaust sound. Much deeper sound also.Originally posted by IamAditya View PostWith the end can removed, it doesn't sound as louder as with the exhaust right ?

But if you mean a full exhaust system, then No it won't sound that loud.
A full system which removes the cat con as well as the silencer will be louder compared to this. I just did this temporarily to increase the sound.
Cheers.

No issues. Check the comments section I've answered most of the questions there. No warranty issues or anything.Originally posted by IamAditya View PostAny issue if the end can is removed?

If you remove the underbelly converter you will have to use an aftermarket exhaust because it will be too loud at that point. Hope that helps.

It feels more lively as there is less restriction for the gases going out. Try it for yourself it's very easy you will feel the difference in acceleration.Originally posted by IamAditya View PostOn your youtube video, i had commented 3 months ago,
