Here is the complete breakdown of wheel assembly,
There is no connection between disk and bearings,
If your bearings are wearing out too quickly, do check fork assembly for bends and does they have same height, or bent long bolt!!
Do post pictures of wornout bearings i ll try to figure out whats going with your bike!!
Thanks a lot for the pic. Bearings look like the part no.15 but I'm not sure. They did replace something very similar to that. It was inside the fork and not the alloy wheel. They removed the wheel and kept it aside.

I never thought the bolt could be bent!

I'm definitely showing them this picture and telling them to check it it is straight or not.

    Thanks!

As you have said earlier that bajaj is yet to find the solution for this problem thn I think this sound is really going to hurt one's peace of mind.[emoji14]
Well in my case it appears when I'm at slow speed. Mostly when <30 km/h, and also when I move the bike when I need to park it with the handlebar to the right side. But due to too much wind noise I don't know if it comes after that or not.

Do ask them and see if you get a better response than what I got. Best of luck!

Thn I think I am facing a different kind of problem because in my case the sound becomes loud and unbearable after 40kmph and is really annoying.

Brake disk is mounted to alloy wheel not bearing!!

Just tape your disk and start rotate slowly,
If its problem with bearing it wont leave any scratch marks on tape,
If sound is coming while rubbing of disk pad and roater/disk it will leave tiny scratch marks/cut your tape on disk!!

(tape* any coloured thin tape cello r scrotch, etc)
I also have screeching sound at low speed and while parking from the front wheel.
I also get that strange sound from the rear wheel if riding with the pillion.
Where should I tape? I taped the outer rim of the disc and moved the bike, the tap got torn.
I will get it checked in second service due next week but can you please tell what can be the issue..
          Thanks

            Its not even a problem,
            Just clean break pads,

Apply brake n Release the break pedal quickly n move your bike now if you dont hear that slight squeaky thn its not a problem, it takes some time to pistons to settle!!!

Update on my stalling and gear issue:

              1) Got the gear bush replaced and things working fine now.

              2) Regarding stalling issue, i saw lots of customers reporting this within SVC. Their were owners of Pulsar , discover, etc who had the same issue. For mine they were unable to understand the issue, but the mechanic opened the bike and cleaned everything. He doubted that there is some condition in which petrol supply is cut off and hence the bike stalls. He had cleaned everything yesterday and checked the engine as well. Things looked Ok to him and after all the cleaning, have not experienced the issue yet.

Overall, the bike is a mess to open for them and then again close it. But the issue was quite serious to me since my main driving is on highways and i can't afford bike to stall suddenly. I will post an update on this stalling issue after few hundred KM's and see if it happens again.

P.S- I cried when the bike was fully opened in front of me. Mechanic told me "Sir, that's why we don't allow customers inside here, but since you insisted." After that he told me to go back and sit, else i won't be able to see.

              ----consecutive posts auto-merged-----

And if anyone has their story of getting their RS 200 opened completely and then post checklist, please tell what all things i should take care of. Rode for around 6kms, checked all indicators, headlights, braking and other necessary things. Please let me know if any member has anything to share.

Also the spare parts of our bikes are so hard to come by. No side mirror available in my area. Would have to go and see in Gurgaon now. In case you need a spare part, go advance to SVC and order it before hand.

Where do you generally take your bike for servicing? I am in Delhi and generally I go to chattarpur. I got my right mirror replaced at Gurgaon.

Its just a side panel mounting pin!!
I think Those as## dont know how to remove the side panels so they left it in while removing it, and forgot to while fixing!!

I think...this is the lock of flaring....you can find this where the horn is fitted....see from outer side just below the fan...there are three or four such locks.....one has to unlock all such locks to open the flaring.........Check it....

What is the purpose of the net if I may ask bro?

Also did you add more foam in the seats? They look really comfy now!

Looks good. Proceed with caution. Be careful while removing the stickers so that you don't damage the paint underneath.
