Can anyone explain me a logical reason why so? Why does change of ownership voids warranty.!!
Just talked to a Bajaj subdealership owner who I happen to know.
He said warranty won't be void unless first 3 services are done at svc within stipulated range of time and odo reading.
Feel a little better, considering he also has bought Bajaj svc to his showroom so won't have to worry about it I guess.

Check for water in petrol tank.
The real beauty lies in throttle's twist!!

It could be due to adultrated fuel . My bike had a jerky throttle response and poor pickup for a month and svc could not figure out what was wrong. I found that petrol color was a bit dark. Drained the fuel tank and changed gas station. The bike completely changed its engine note and character. Stored a liter of that fuel for cleaning the chain n sprockets. There is almost one fifth of that petrol left in the bottle which refuses to evaporate and it smells like kerosene or turpentine oil.
Also drain the carb once to be sure there is no water.

as you said i called local mechanic at my home he started to drain the carb but fuel was not coming out so he started the bike for a while then the fuel started coming ,after he drained the tank with suction method leaving no fuel in tank . i filled the bike with new fuel problem went away for 3 to 4 kms but again same happened.
local mechanic said that either it is problem with fuel filter or carb butterfly valve.
this is the fuel sample from carb.

The color of fuel looks ok. Mine was dark orange colored. Although color does not guarentee purity of fuel. If its the carb or fuel filter maybe you could claim warrenty from svc.

Hello Xbhpians! So, I have completed 500 kms with my new as200 but, I have noticed that some liquid is coming from the bottom of the exhaust pipe whenever I am parking my bike after few kms of ride..
I looked under the bike and found a small company made hole there and from there only the liquid is coming ..don't know the reason but am I loosing engine oil from there? Or is it something else?

Congrats on the new ride, post a picture if possible to understand your concern. Nothing is suppose to leak from anywhere in the Ride. Inform this at the SVC when you take her for first service.

This is the hole that is there at the bottom of the exhaust.. whenever I park after a ride liquid will come from there sometimes.

Guys, could anyone please confirm the type of bulb used for headlights? is it H4 or H7 ?
The user-manual that I am having is a universal manual for NS and AS, so the bulb mentioned there is just H4. Which probably would be for the NS, as H4 contains 2 filaments giving them the option of being either high- or low-beam. H7 doesn't, and AS doesn't need this option.

Could you please confirm, I remember that you had to replace the stock bulb very early, when you had the AS200.
It's a lot like nuts and bolts - if the rider's nuts, the ride - bolts!
