Ok, so I bought a scooter Yahama Ray ZR for city commuting and I take my 600i beast once in a week. Now, I don't need to worry too much about maintenance cost, fuel cost and cost of spares due to wear and tear as the usage will be around 300kms/month.

I think 6k is huge for 1st service. I remember paying around 3.5-4k for my first service in Blr.Originally posted by Hitesh Surana View PostPast & Current Bikes :

It is a total rip-off, check the bill. I paid 4300 INR for my first service. Since labor is free, hence this price. With labor, the Bill will come to 7.5k. Labor charges are hugeOriginally posted by Hitesh Surana View PostJust done with the 1st service,Billed for 6k

Have you taken extended warranty, in that case, you still have have to maintain the 4k/4month schedule isnt it.Originally posted by jamesrocky View PostOk, so I bought a scooter Yahama Ray ZR for city commuting and I take my 600i beast once in a week. No, I have not taken the extended warranty. But will have to do the service every 4 months. How much is the cost for extended warranty ? Is it still available ?Originally posted by TheArcher84 View Post

Re: Benelli TNT 600i - Onwers' Reviews & Experiences
Should cost you around 4.5k, but funny thing is, during the extended warranty period, you need to maintain the regular service intervals of 4k/4 month service. That is the sh**y part. I guess they have extended the date this this month end. Just check with your Sales teamOriginally posted by jamesrocky View PostNo, I have not taken the extended warranty.
