If i were you, i would have stick to stock. Clipons on sf may ses very stylish and appealing, but ot got some disavantages as its not factory provided as stock.

Its your decision. Make the best of it.
Thank you bro. I decided to stick with the stock handlebar.

Why simply rupture the natural look and feel of gixxer. Guys who were using clipons are facing some probs too as i told. Best stick to its stock.

Can the fairing be dissambled without any problem? I want to do a full fledgd servicing from my known local mechanic (experts in servicing sports bikes). So anyone having any idea on this?

Yes, step by step instructions are in the manual and if you are doing it for the first time it may take a bit of time, for me it took ~30 mins to remove single fairing at first. Now I do it in same time on both sides. Just be careful not to excert too much pressure on any part and do it cautiously, next onwards it's easy.

For servicing you do not have to remove the fairing, only tough part is accessing the spark plug. For that you could get hold of the tool they use at SVC to remove spark plug for the rest you do not need removal of fairing.

P.S: I removed fairing because I had to replace the headlight.

              Cheers

I have to do so coz svc guys are too lazy to full service and thorough cleaning of the bike. I have seen many of my frnds get their bikes full service once a year. Bikes like ktm, benelli, to enfields and others get their service too (after their free svc services are over). Its necesaary. Svc are necessary upto a limit. But why pay more n the service not worth it.

You can lower the stock Handel bar to have a more sporty feeling and better handling. Not need for clip ons

No. They just twist the bar at the clamp it's attached to. No other major work is needed.

                            Oh ok.
They change the angle, move the bar away.

Guess you didn't get my point mate. I just said fairing needn't be removed for general service every single time. Servicing like tappet adjustment and so requires opening them. If you feel like opening/removing those fairing necessary every time you may do so, it's just time consuming and as you keep doing them it'll be even easier.

                                Cheers
