what is the configuration or specification for those LED...please let me know....I am also going to put the same ones on my bike...they rock bro...
I originally got the idea of this type of LED from our thread itself. Then I saw the unit in the shop of my local mechanic (He has most of the aftermarket products like K&N airfilters, splitfire cables etc, but I cannot assure about the authenticity of any one of these items)

Vishnukmd is strictly against replacing the stock parts, but by replacing the spark plug cable, my bikes mileage has improved from 45-50 to 55+

My bike is currently running on Splitfire cable (Rs. 450/-), New pilot LED(Rs. 300/- for a pair), headlight bulb from new P220 (Rs.230/-) and fancy metal tire valve caps (Rs. 40/-)

Here is the pic with new pilot lamp...

1.If GS150R engine is the Fiero engine evolved, then can the Crank of GS150R take the Cylinder bore out of RTR180 ???

2.I want to change the Final Drive of a certain Bike which offers 13/44.For more top speed and without sacrificing acceleration,I have sorted out two altered set-ups,13/42 and 14/44,can you please help me as to how will the two different set-ups change the power delivery and torque patten of the bike ??? (The bike in question offers peak power @8500rpm and peak torque @ 8250 rpm.)
Who said I know a lot about TVS or Suzuki...if I had given that impression then please remove it from memory...What I know i happen to learn from posts here in XBHP...Coming to the point..
          1. I am not able to understand the meaning of the full sentence...For comparison the GS crank has 0.8mm longer stroke than the RTR180...and the RTR 180 crank is 3mm less in dia than A150 or GS.The RTR bore has External Oil pipes for head lube, while in the GS it is formed in the bore itself as lube channels.
          2. You are asking for alteration of stock final drive ratio and want both acceleration and top end..and giving me the ratio to find out..can't you work it.......or you are testing my knowledge ?.......No street bike offers Peak power BHP and Torque within 250 RPM range,of each other....

Think it is so. I have not yet seen a rusted tank to compare. My belief is that it is not rust.

If the tank is full with fuel, the evaporation will be less. More than that, there will be no possibility of rusting.

There is no rust inside the tank. Now I have cleaned it with a piece of cloth dipped in petrol and I cannot say that it is rusting.

Anyway, I have contacted the sc and asked for a replacement, which they readily agreed. But the problem is that, the graphics on the new tanks are different and if I use it some other parts will not match. So I am in a dilemma.
After the cleaning, the tank opening looks clean and so may not be corrosion.
The outer lip of the tank mouth which is not painted actually looks like it has Tin coating.

You have misunderstood me, Sooraj. If this replacement gives such an increase in mileage, which sane person can oppose it?

I have heard that there was a person in your state offering medicine for AIDS. To the best of my knowledge, he was a mere businessman; not even an ayurvedic doctor. He has built a house worth Rs. 25 crores

The aftermarket business is like this.

It is a real comfort to hear it as I was hesitating to replace it. It will be better to wait a little more and decide then, I think.

We are all consumers who uses GS150R.

SVC guys only knows the fact as they are the one who looks in to the complaints on day to day (everyday) so they know better.

Once I asked and did discussed with my SVC supervisor on this acording to him both are correct.

In many bikes some sort of chemical formation caused rust like layer near the tank mouth sometimes it will go off just by wiping with a cloth or by filling full tank or more than 14 lts petrol.

And in many 2009 earlier models they seen rusting in tank, even suzuki agreed and accepted to replace the tank.

New bikers don't get confused this is history and the rusting is not applicable to new model GS the fate is on the 2009 model at the most

The mantra is once after you find its a rust it all depends up on how you deal that with the dealer.

If they way you go with the dealer is okay means he will just update suzuki and replace the tank.

He is also a human being if you shout at him he also shouts so be cool and do it in the right way to make things done rightaway

If that doesn't works suzuki website complaints page will make it.

                          LoL

I am extremely sorry,I had overestimated you

The way you went about Fiero and Apache I thought you had thoroughbred knowledge in all TVS and Suzuki related products, also you seemed to know the basics of how the final drive is adjusted.........

but well it seems that you don't even know how a legendary 2T from TVS-Suzuki stables used to put down down power and torque.......you have proved it yourself intentionally or unintentionally that you really don't know a lot about their bikes and most of the knowledge had been garnered from the forums.

                          Thanks for clarifying.
