                Ya sure., bt i drove it carefully not exceeding the rpm above 4.5k and keeping the engine temperature in mind.. Even in harsh city traffic i rev'd my bike with so care.. Max speed I did was 63kmph...

                  Thats good for your bike. You can ride a bit more freely after 1000km mark. Ride safe and have fun.

                  • ^ will try to maintain this limit, until I get used to proper gear shifting..
                    Still the 4th & 5th gears are not happening smoothly.. Bike feels some small push when I open the clutch after changing the gear to 4th or 5th..
                    Have to read my bike a lot..

                          1. Refuse to accept the bike with scratches or dents.
                          2. Get the headlight beam adjusted properly.
                          3. Check the idling rpm and if it is more than 1000 when the engine is cold or more than 1500 when it is warm, ask the mechanic to adjust it properly.
                          4. Ensure that the side panels are correctly fitted.

                          Lastly, fill the tank from the nearest fuel pump.

                          Here is a very detailed PDI check list for new bike. Go through it.

                            A very happy and safe Deepavali to all..
                            Enjoy

                            @Maestro
                            Thats some amazing speed figures you guys achieved
                            The Max I did was a mere 111kmph but you need to take the rider's weight into account
