The more load on the bike, more the energy required to pull the load. Hence, To achieve a better fuel efficiency, reduce the load. Some GSPians resort to removing the Kick-rod, Crash guard and saree guards to reduce the weight. The best way would be to remove the pillion.
International racing teams require riders to maintain their weight within specified limits although that is to achieve better acceleration but the concept remains the same.
Lesser load=relaxed engine.In today's world, quotes don't matter. Quotas do!

Weight of Rider and Pillion will affect,
1. Fuel Efficiency as engine will require more power for displacement, which it gets by burning more fuel.
2. Speed - Lighter the vehicle more displacement per sec, compare vechicles with same power.
3. Efficiency of Soccobser : If more weight (Rider + Pillion), it would be pressed to some extent, thus giving very less compression n expansion.___________________________________________

Weight difference of 20-30 kg wont have much difference. There are other factors also which might affect FE.
If that so then, an addition of Pillion rider of 75kg approx will decrease FE by 15kmph... so final FE : 30KMPH (45-15)

90kg weight will not affect FE if ridden w/o pillion and gradual acceleration and deceleration should be strictly followed.. Since our bike has XTP it could pull this weight with ease..
You've to consider on other factors like proper shifting, always prefer to do full clutch while shifting gears.,

and I am not at all complaining about my milage 
My daily commuting is around 40+ kms in thick Bangalore traffic and around 20% of it one cannot ride even in 4th gear
