Most of the owners here speak about how good the stock lights are. If you really have trouble why don't you try auxiliary lights?

          1. Bent fins slowly reduces the efficiency of the radiator. Imagine it to be your nose which got blocked during flu. You can still breathe but not as easily and fluently as in non-flu time.
          2. Radiator guard keeps the fins from bending - this is like applying Amrutanjan/Vicks on your nose and throat during flu. You have applied it so you know how easy it becomes to breathe.
          3. Fins increase the surface area so that the heat dissipation is faster. Air/Oil cooled engines have that kind of design on the engine itself. A liquid cooled engine uses radiator and water/coolant jacket to do the similar task albeit in a better engineered manner.

It all depends on individual if he/she wants to have that extra cushion of having a radiator guard which helps keep too many fins from bending and still help dissipate heat in a better manner.

          Radiator Guard == Amrutanjan/Vicks.
Thanks, you can keep your analogy without tagging my post. I figured out the science behind radiator guards sometime back.

Annunaki Racing daemon eyes do really give brighter lights or is it just cosmetic upgrade/
You can try Osram Crystal Vision bulb too.
If you are ready to do a little DIY then LEDs would be much better, but again the heat sink behind the bulbs are bigger and obstructs the cap at the back of bulb cavity.

Auxiliary lights are also better option, specially auxiliary LED bulb setups.
By the way you are not facing headlight bulb getting fused?

This is the one which some friends are using.
After multiple kms on my bike I am changing it too this weekend as I am comfortable while riding in night but need brighter light due to on coming vehicle's brightness and high beams.

Yup bet you spoke my mind.
Thriving hard to get there seems like we need to customize
The grab rails and the saddle stays...!!
I don't see any our of the box solution.
Somebody please enlighten in case you know more.

I saw in one of Ninja 650 thread some made a few touring mods.
He used some gel seats to widen the Pillion seat and use Gel seat cover for rider seats too.
But i am not sure where he got that done.
So if someone here can help us with there knowledge over the same.

Gel seats available here but the stay and the grab rail. Is the key.
Anyhoo I am digging to the root of custom and working on my karizma I have made progress so far maybe next would be r3.

The cable was very tight for this mod and after lot of excessive pulling and things, he fitted. He said there is no adjustment option in the engine side, so it was difficult. But many people in R3 forums had it installed easily, I'm not sure what is missing. Anyway I'm using this for like a year or so. There is no free play for this throttle. So the throttle may get abrupt response initially like KTM's until get used to. It changes very much of the bike's acceleration and you may think it has got more power from low down. This is so much fun than the default one.
But I'm having excessive vibrations at scenarios, like if I"m riding there are excessive vibrations starting from 5K RPM and sometimes it becomes very annoying to ride when the RPM climbs and this happens from 4th or 5th gear on wards. I'm going to replace the throttle to R3 one to see if this vibrations get reduced.

I'm using this grab handle for my bike from Aliexpress. Have to install the rear seat in a particular way every time to get it seated once this is fixed.
Can u provide detail photo of passanger grab rail from top by removing rare seat of bike.how is the handling by using this grab barr? Is it steaf during handling (any movement, lagg or anything like that in that handle screw which or holding handle with chassis?? thanks in advance...
