ABS DELUXE OR CBS will help and more sufficient ? since the driving will be city traffic bound with not much speed what model should i go with for daily usage of 20-25 kms usage? Please advise. Thanks. Please share your valuable experience !!!! Appreciate your time and help to narrow down
I have CBS version, 1st generation Hornet. I got my wheel locked last year, at no more than 50-55 Kmph. This was enough speed to drag me to 5 meters. Luckily I got only bruises (Very badly) but no bone fracture.
I still have scar marks. Even if I done my first bike trip after accident, which included 90+ cruising for hours, got my confidence back. But, I still drive very defensive and cautious breaking.
Also, It was rear wheel lock, but if I had ABS in front I would have used squeezed front break instead of rear.

So, if you ask me, given no budget constraint, ABS would be first preference, even if there is lower engine power. Hands down.

Hornet comes only with single ABS on the front wheel
        CBR 250R has dual.
Dual will of course be better but single does the job well too.

Mileage 48 kmpl with pillion, maintenance cost is negligible, engine oil cost = 310 rupees only, but if you want good performance then you have to invest in honda throttle or motul 5100, 10w 30 oil. ( COST RS 696 and rs 513 respectively)

Guys tomorow is my last service(3rd) currently i don't have much issue only lose chain issue, last time svc suggest me to change chain kit, do i need to check anything other than that with svc, also if i took annual maintaince for 1 year then warrenty on engine will valid right ?
Engine will come with 2years default warrenty so we need to do the service at authorised deal for the 2nd year to continue warrenty as per my knowledge correct me if i am wrong ?

In those bikes , chains are covered unlike naked bikes... Moreover in splendors highway rides are not preferred unlike hornet... Another valid reason is, In hornet low power is delivered in low RPM, so we have to frequently shift gears in city traffic. As a result chain get loosen...
