What I described above is partly due to this fact. I gradually raise the throttle and release the clutch simultaneously so that in my bike, the clutch engages gradually and the bike picks up speed gradually. But in the hornet, the clutch engages suddenly when the rpm is at 2.5-3k rpm (It doesn't happen if I wait for the clutch to engage at the idle rpm and then raise the throttle. But by my muscle memory, I tend to release the clutch and raise the throttle. What I mean to say is that it is not that the clutch engages at that rpm but I've already revved to that point before the clutch engages) and the bike suddenly jumps forward to 10-15 kmph (it is not much speed but when the bike does this, it lurches forward unexpectedly).
Set your clutch free play as per owners manual.

Finally I changed my seat cover.
      I got it from JoyRide
      Price: Inr. 550/-
      Features:
      1. Three years warrantee
      2. Less heat (Claimed to be 10-15c cooler)
      3. Water resistance at stiching
      4. Scratch Resistant
      5. Some patented technology for less heat and anti-fungal

      Verdict:
This certainly better than ASC seat cover. Also no stiches on top or near thigh. So no chance of water soaking. Man, when it rain in night I use to reach office wet pant .
Grip is much better than ASC seat cover. However, cover is not perfect fit and I had to get it punched at local shop.
Price is higher, I feel they should sell is loose at maximum of Inr. 350-400.
I haven't done any long journey. I think that's where I can tell if this seat cover is really good.

90 or 140 grade oil from any petrol pump, 1 Ltr for 100-120 rs. Clean with Diesel and tooth brush before applying.

That went a bit too far due to the former users behaving like fanboys. I was simply stating what I felt was somewhat of an advantage which xBlade had over Hornet. It's not like I was saying xBlade was better. But it quickly turned into a fanboy war. And that's why I stopped replying to that and deleted my post anyway. Nothing good was going to come out of it. This is a User Experience thread after all, not that bike war thread.

Hope it was high temperature tolerant paint. Also, the primer too should be high temperature tolerant one.

Actually it is not a fan boy war as both are Hondas. The 'war' is more civil ;-).
Tomorrow there will be another Honda that will appeal more than the Xblade. BTW, are you going to book the Xblade (now that Unicorn 160 is almost stopped) ?

Kinda hoping on it. I wanna ask around and see if the guys at ASC can fit a Heel and Toe shifter on the bike like the Unicorn 160.

I think Honda's gonna launch their next 160 somewhere soon with the first letter of it's name 'T' from X-blade's tail light design[emoji14], as they did with their Unicorn 160 'H' shaped indicating a Hornet and Hornet's 'X' shaped tail light indicating X-blade. Hope they don't launch a 'T-Rex ' and frighten the existing 160s. [emoji14].

T- rex will be the full faired version of hornet.

They should call it T-Rage maybe.
