I went today to book a new one but they said that Honda has stopped shipping and selling it. Unicorn 150 costs about 81K OTR and X-Blade costs 85K OTR while the Hornet costs about 101K OTR. That's a huge price difference between three bikes in a close segment.

And I test drove the X-Blade. Here are few of my observations:

        1. Ergonomics are better than Hornet.
        2. Seating is quite comfortable. I rode without pillion.
        3. Engine refinement is same as Unicorn 160 and a typical Honda (silent & smooth).
        4. I like the switch gear already.
        5. Lighter than Hornet and my brother's Honda Unicorn.
        6. The feedback from Rear Brake drum is better when compared to Hornet.
        7. The instrument console, although sleek is really nicely visible when compared to other ones around.
        8. Suspension is less stiffer than Hornet.
        9. Bike struggles after 6.5k RPM.
        10. Headlight is clear and legible in high beam. The low beam needs a bit adjustment I think.
        11. No scope for adding a regular side box.
        12. The handlebar isn't too low or high. It just gets the job done.
        13. Overall seating position is more confidence inspiring than Hornet. Should make it easier to maneuver this bike in traffic.
I also liked the Hornet, but when I saw the X-Blade my choice changed. Don't know how. We went to book the hornet but there in the showroom I saw this beautiful beast The X-Blade in Red-Black colour. It was like love at first sight. Took a test-ride and booked it instead of Hornet[emoji28]. X-BLADE feels better than hornet. Only downside is it does not have ABS.

Good performance in low RPM is the only area, where xblade mainly scores

I don't think so. Anyways I am super happy with my beast. No chain noise, no false neutrals, no vibrations till 8k rpms, super-smooth engine, no overheating issues, mileage above 45, sweet exhaust note[emoji7], can do 100 kmph without any fuss, etc. I am madly in love with my beast.

Hornet is fat bro. X-Blade is neither thin nor fat, she is just a normal[emoji3]. She is not just a commuter. She is a tourer too.

How many kilometers have you covered, are gearshifts smooth in blade, do u not feel vibrations in handlebar and footpegs. Strange, i think unicorn 160 was also smoother than hornet. My meter console vibrates and makes sound in 3.5 to 4k rpm, also there's handlebar and footpeg vibrations [emoji22]

Hornet is not fat ,it's mascular.

Buddy, even am using hornet... But I didn't faced such kind of terrible vibrations, even till 100,115 kmph... Better you can check the bike with proper mechanic.
