Try revving your bike in 3.5k and 4k rpm and see if vibrations are present in handlebar. Many people didn't notice it. Hope it'll vanish with time otherwise I've to live with them [emoji22][emoji22]
Does this happen even when the bike is in neutral? I can check right now, if it does.

2.) I'm also facing stiff gear problem, and it's hard for me to shift to neutral, takes 2-3 attempts. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

3.) 300km on ODO, chain is fine. Let's see what happens before first servicing.
Try lubing the gear connecting rods (with grease), make sure drive chain is clean .

IDK how a pretty new bike would be that bad !

Maybe because I'm new to this gear system, I used to ride the Honda Shine which had toe-heep gear system.

Ashwin, hornet is a peculiar motorcycle, it has it's mind of own, sometimes gears are ok, sometimes they're hard. In cold temperature bike becomes smooth while in hotter climate it becomes rough, vibrations . Sometimes i feel I've bought a Chinese duplicate motorcycle [emoji28][emoji28]

I can feel little vibrations barefooted. But I think these vibrations are pretty normal?

Check the handlebar and stabilize rpm in 3.5k rpm and slightly raise it and see if it's present.

Nope, don't feel any vibrations in handlebar even at 4-5k rpm.

There's a little vibration in footpeg and tank area.

You should just eat up the ASC people's head. Be adamant that your problem is different.

Also try the same with a Gixxer or FZ and see if it also has the same problem.
