It can be customised at any sticker shops. I made from a reputed number plate vendor at my place.

Initial days I tought ABS is not useful spent a lot on it, but it proved its worth in no time .

Get checked from ASC for usual vibrations otherwise your machine seems good. Otherwise achieving 94 would shake your like tuning fork.

Sometimes in no traffic, I speed till 85 in 4th gear while office commute.
One thing I notice, each of Pulsar, Enfield people start racing when I pass them. Other day, Dominate guy keep going ahead and making gesture to race.
Other day on highway a RE, guy was going 55, when I overtook at 75, it's like I kicked his big EGO ball and he overtook me quickly.

I was like WTF man, enjoy your ride, you guys have beautiful machines and squid like scoots.

My engine is also rough not as smooth as my friend I clocked 1200 on ODO, sometimes gear gets struck in between making noice. Any suggestions, SVC guys from JSP honda tell me its a new bike it will get smooth!

AFAIK, I didn't here any gear jam issue in Hornet. I had it in my Hero Hunk and it never went.
I suggest to make clear case and get it resolved if gear is getting stuck in between.

Symptoms of gear issue in my Hunk: If gear stuck between changing gear. Bike RPM will shoot up suddenly making huge noise. You have to let go accelerator and again try to change the gear.

Looks like it’s a throttle position sensor.

It is TPS or Throttle position sensor. It rarely goes bad. AFAIK, it is connected to the CDI and helps the CDI fine tune the ignition timing (when the sparks are fired by the plug) according to the rider needs (sane, linear opening of throttle vs. whack-open, etc).

Same here, friend but refinement has slightly increased after completing 2100 kilometres on odo. And , nowadays i also can do 84kmph on 4th gear easily, and in 2nd gear upto 40kmph. The head mechanic in honda svc told that this engine needs about 4 to 5 thousand kilometers to properly set in. Nowadays my gears are smooth as butter, no engine heating, mileage is 48kmpl with pillion + hard acceleration( everytine i do 80kmph nowadays [emoji23][emoji23] ) . Gear locking while downshifting will vanish in about 1900 kilometers, engine will rev freely in 2100 kilometers, these are my personal observations .

When it is disconnected, my rpm drops smoothly in hot engine, but after connecting it rpm takes time to decrease

From half open throttle to full close throttle

The only way to know whether TPS is working properly or not is to test it as given in the workshop manual, page 16-7. You just need a multimeter. Manual asks to test three things: 1) input volts from CDI to TPS. 2) continuity of TPS to CDI and 3) TPS resistance from fully closed throttle to fully open. If possible, don't remove it and test it while it is still attached to the carb.

5000+ km I'm having problems with gears getting stuck, i lose acceleration for sometime if u rev slowly & gradually, bike just jumps simetimes, they check at service center they rev hard at high rpm they say its fine, i showed it to local mechanic he says there may be something in the carburetor that might cause problems, still no solution, any1 having similar issues..??

It’s pretty normal to experience the gear being bit difficult to move Between 1st - neutral and 2nd. However if you Shift the gear as wheel is rotating it is easier to shift. And when you are stop signal and trying to change then you may have to move the bike back and forth for gear to get momentum (mechanical in nature you see).
And changing at correct rpm should not be any challenge. If you are in 5th and drastically reduce your speed and rpm also goes down, then downshifting will be challenging and you can hear loud thud sound from gear box.
Regarding irregular acceleration, try change the air filter, check if there is fuel line blockage and try to tune the carburettor. Even if there is blockage in fuel needle inside carburettor will cause all these issues.
