Well.. Actually the tyre pressure set by the machines varies from one machine to other. So I maintain a pressure of 35. Once I've got the pressure set to 30 and when I checked it from a different machine it was 19.

Lol Honda mineral oil lasting for 6k in heavily dusty and traffic-ridden environments is a joke. It hardly lasted 1.5-2k Kms before it turned into a black watery mess with the engine throwing tantrums when hot.

35 is too high. So all the hardness of the tire will get transferred to the suspension and our spine [emoji4]
Also breaking distance increases due to reduced contact patch. Plus the initial pick up may be sluggish due to less traction as the contact patch is very less.
Try going to a good air filling station who is reliable.

Sound may be from worn out bushes or suspension coil. If your bike is in warranty period you can try claiming it at ASC.
Air pressure plays an important role in wear and tear of tyre & suspensions.
Keep 29/32 in F/R respectively to improve the life of tyre, suspension.
I recommend you to check your suspension related issue first at reputed local mechanic as well. So that you may get complete idea about it.

In terms of mid range and top range , hornet is the best... In terms of low RPM, Xblade is the better performer...

As for smoothness, I didn't tried Xblade beyond 60kmph. In hornet, I rode till 123 kmph... Range in between 60 and 100 is best_in_smoothness...

Actually vibrations can't be felt much while accelerating, i feel only during cruising speed . Hope it'll become full smooth around 5k kilometers. But for every 100 kilometers, i can feel the increase in refinement and engine becoming rev happy. Nowadays it reaches 80 to 90 effortlessly , and i love that, and it doesn't become strained with pillion also, it's best for touring with pillion [emoji4][emoji4]

If it's a hole, then the tire would have gone flat by now. Tiny cracks are very common. So you can ignore it. Unless it is a deep scar. You can fill it with hot patch treatment from a local tyre shop.

The Next day the guy came and saw the bike and told me service people will fix it and i have to courier him the bill so that he will start the refund process. I am still behind service people guys. They are yet to fix my bike as they are claiming the fork assembly is not availble yet. Will keep you posted once i get my refund. Cheers!!!
The service people took more than 2 weeks to fix my bike.. as the fork assembly was not available. even now, i am not able to find the saree guard as the part was not available still.

After that, i gave the bills to the same surveyor guy and he said amount will be credited in 10 days. But after 8 days, i was not able to get hold of them via phone. So, I went to their office and gave some explanation. the amount got credited to my account last week ( a week after i met them).

Small advice, if you are in chennai, forget about getting hold of them via phone. Better go to their office in Anna salai.

                          Hope this clarifies the process.

Looks like a deep scar. Please have that filled with some compound. Do not ask them to use the puncture fixing thread like material.
