How did you add the handle kind of thing near the pillion seat?

Just saw different angle it's not that much. I was just wondering the ODO.
Even if it's there, it's for 15K. But it should be even at every petal.

              2. Initially i do experienced such kind of hardening in gear but after changing oil to FS it was bit on lower side.
              3. This is another problem chain getting loose to early. Every 800-1000 kms it need to be calibrated[emoji25]. Even i saw few hornet owners claiming chain related issues just after 200-250kms of ride as well.
              1.)Even CBR250R has same issue

2.) I'm also facing stiff gear problem, and it's hard for me to shift to neutral, takes 2-3 attempts. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.

3.) 300km on ODO, chain is fine. Let's see what happens before first servicing.

This groove formation is very commonly seen in previous RTRs. I haven't noticed them in other Hondas like CBZ or Unicorn unless they have clocked lots of km.

From 3.5k rpm onwards in handlebar and footpegs, and at 65kmph in 5th gear vibrations in the seat.

I think you should get your Hornet checked up. My Hornet vibrates when I drive at 5-6km rpm 2nd/3rd gear, which is perfectly normal I guess.

Also, how do you feel the vibrations in the footpegs with shoes on?

I feel the vibrations through the petrol tank.

No reduction in throttle response its all right. Only issue is of the sound.

Can you upload a sound/video file of the issue? Will really help.

I showed this to svc, they said vibrations will be less after completing more kilometers. I checked a 800 kilometers run xblade and also felt vibrations in handlebar and footpegs. Try revving your bike in 3.5k and 4k rpm and see if vibrations are present in handlebar. Many people didn't notice it. Hope it'll vanish with time otherwise I've to live with them [emoji22][emoji22]
