What difference did you find b/w Rear 29psi and 35psi?

Are you using the same tire size in Hornet. Then it is good to go with the reading mentions in super splendor owners model. Remember Hornet as 140/70 size tire. And air pressure varies for every tire size specified by the company.

Nearly 70% of stopping power is provided by front tyre, so which i fill of recommended level, hence there's no problem in braking, i feel less acceleration when tyre pressure is near about 30, so i use 35 since i travel with pillion ( heavy) most of the time.

Yes 8 mm t screw socket type would do or you could ask for 8 mm pana .... Fir removing kick you require different size of wrench... I don't remember exactly the size but when i would clean mine i would post it...

35 is too high for rear. Anything above 32 for rear could result in de gradation of tyre much earlier. On the worst it can affect you suspension as well.

May be the buttons on side could be culprit...
Moisture must have been seeped in.

May be , I raised this issue with ASC and Meter console was to be changed in warranty.
I got a call from asc for the arrival of part. So i went,
After installation of new console i found that it was for the abs model. Where the abs light is continuously flashing i was pretty ok with it but after having a test ride , console didn’t show the actual speed but rpm was working fine. Again i went to asc for the same and told them to order the new meter as i own standard version of hornet.
They started insisting me to install the old hornet digital meter which has orange backlight. I refused to do so. Even it was faulty [emoji25]
Now again new meter console is ordered by them.
As of now even of pressure wash and rain i dont know some how no moisture is accumulated inside.
And the way they used to remove headlight to access the mere cable was very bad infact i found a small crack on the edges of headlight assembly near its locking section.

I have faced this, after riding in hot climate, it disappears after parking in shed.
