What should be the tire pressure for Indian road condition(Speed breakers, potholes etc) ?

25psi F, 29psi R is written in User Manual for 'cold' tire(with pillion).

Can you post how to clean the strainer, and the tools required, does it need 8mm t wrench to open clutch cover.

Please stick this pressure as it gives optimal grip and mileage. Or increase it my a point assuming the error in guage. Do not over inflate. Petrol bunk airfilling guy will blindly put 32 or 36.. it's not advisable.

I use 25 + 35 for both rider and pillion

                  Isn't 35 too high?

No, infact it helps if puncture occurs. Honda svc head technician told me to put 40 psi, so ignorant they're [emoji23][emoji23]

But high pressure would effect the suspension, and would make your spine pain, initial acceleration is affected, braking distance is also increased. Did you encounter any of these problems?

No, even my brothers super splendor recommended tyre pressure is 41 psi at back with pillion. See pic below.Click image for larger version

Yes. This is optimal. I've been maintaining this pressure since 15 months. Never had a puncture or a skid. And even ride would be smooth as it will absorb some bit of road impact. Also you will save your suspension

Take a look at Hornet's user manual

Actually you are risking your life as the contact patch on road reduces. Tyre will becomes hard and braking distance increases. Never inflate beyond 30 for rear tire. You are risking your life. I believe owners manual than a 10th pass mechanic.
