Agreed engine gets rough after several kms (15-20kms ) of run I had such experience as well. But after switching to honda throttle roughness was eliminated.
How much kilometers have you covered and what's the price of throttle.

      1. Power delivery in low RPM is gradual rather than instant, which I feel a little disappointment sometimes
      2. Hard gear shifts sometimes
      3. Chain getting loose for some shorter distance compared with rest of 150/160 cc bikes...

4000kms till now and i changed oil at 3650kms.
₹629 for throttle. Will be using throttle (10w30) or motul 7100 10w40 for rest of my oil change this the best what can be done in my opinion.

            1. Hornet 160r got low end torque as compared to other competitors in this segment. This in where honda needs to focus on.
            2. Initially i do experienced such kind of hardening in gear but after changing oil to FS it was bit on lower side.
            3. This is another problem chain getting loose to early. Every 800-1000 kms it need to be calibrated[emoji25]. Even i saw few hornet owners claiming chain related issues just after 200-250kms of ride as well.

Does your engine smoothness increased, from 2000 to 4000 kilometers

Till now covered 400kms after changing oil. I would say yes engine smoothness is increased and hardening of gear is reduced and somewhat increase in fuel efficiency as well.

I think the Android app shows the last pic uploaded or attached and keeps it for a while. The CBR250R thread shows an engine of a Bajaj CT100.

Looks like there are grooves in your front disc. What is your ODO?

The edge of disc bumped out? I mean break pads are little inside the disc leaving a bit of edge.

                              4k rpm at 4th gear
                              5k rpm at 5th gear
Though I haven’t noticed any drop in acceleration or milage but sound is much irritating.
Is that normal? Have you guys got this similar kind of sound in your bikes as well?
Ps: completed 4k kms and oil was changed to honda throttle at 3.6k kms. Tyre pressure maintain at 32psi rear & 29psi front.
                              Speed:
                              4th gear & 4k rpm 49kmph
                              5th gear & 4k rpm 53-54kmph
I'm not hearing ant sound like this, and my Hornet goes to 52kmph at 3rd gear easily.
