    Your ODO is still less and only one service.
    Did you open your throttle to full range?
    For your ODO, before second service (6000Kms), Do the following once in while
    1. Try to shift gears on on higher RPM >4.5k (3rd -> 4th) and >5.5 (4th -> 5th).
    2. Open up throttle in 3rd gear till 6k RPM and 4th gear till 7K RPM.
    Bike should feel free after couple of weeks. Don't stress or very hard throttle. Go back to normal driving if you feel the bike is bike is stressing.

    Thank you wil try, any suggestions to removew scratches on silencer.

      Try heat resistant paint. You can buy from paint shop if available and DIY it. Or take it to any reputed garage they can do it for you.

        Its sad to hear , when more hornet users start complaining about vibration issue... Luckily mine (covered odo 17.5k km) don't have any vibrations issue...

          I will use throttle and update you about my vibrations issue. In my case it's decreasing but very slowly say for every 100 kilometers there's slight improvements in nvh levels.

              In my Case, Vibration has gone down with the km gained, Gear Jamming while Upshifting/Downshifting in traffic sometimes becomes a headache otherwise no problem, I do have experienced Gear jamming while climbing ghats specailly transitioning from 2nd to 1st gear and bike has stalled many times & was short of falling, For a few last months im losing acceleration/power @ certain rpm & only when u throttle @ normal pace, I explained it all to Honda Svc & the mechanic there says there is no problem sometimes it happens if the problem persists do bring the bike at svc, then 3weeks ago tik-tik-tik sound started, i thought it was chain sound and needs to be lubed & tightened, sound increased over 2 days and in middle of road it just changed to loud klang-klang-klang, i thought shit piston problem, rode to the nearest mechanic @10-15 kmph speed, slow throttle just to boost, rest on engaged clutch for free motion & to maintain less stress on engine, Well the mechanic checked and told tensioner has given out and had to be changed, & Engine sound changed to Normal. The fat tyre looks & feels stable but the engine & chain sure does gets punished in some sense specially when ur going over a speed breaker u instantly experience the lag/jerk in pickup, That has been my experience till now it sure is a Nice Bike & i love it, Ohh belive me i have taken this bike through much rough terrains & have come out with no problems, but it has its flaws & quirks, & I sometime think[emoji848] it does it intentionally just to piss me off[emoji34], when im not showing enough love & care[emoji6][emoji7][emoji41]

                          SVC didn't allow me to buy inspite of insisting on that, they told me it'll void warranty.

                            This will void warranty as well. They'll know that it's not their oil during next servicing. Send someone else to buy it. If you mention your bike and warranty, they'll never let you buy it.

                              After 1000-1500km oil will go all black. How wiil they know?
                              Even, Motul 300 , full green, went blackish in 2000km. It started leaking and I had to go back to Throttle.

                              On other side, there are ASC in other cities insisting to opt for Throttle.

                                I was also insisted by SA to go for Throttle. I don’t think it may void warranty as it shares same level of grade 10w30. I have completed almost 4k kms on Throttle.
