Nowadays, the high beam is not reaching long.
Change the bulb instead. It loses it's throw with time. I have an Osram Silverstar.

Yes, there is screw under the headlamp assembly. Go to local mechanic night, they will do it in two minutes.
Another suggestion is Osram Cool Blue hyper 40/45W, I installed it on my father's Glamour. It has really good white light with extra wattage.

However, I found a few good alternative.

Osram Rallye Cool Blue Hyper 40/45W (I didn't find the yellow version, Hope 40w will do better). I am taking it to install on father's Hero Glamour. I did installed Xenon HID but too much battery drain. I will try to install on my Hornet.
          Guys says this is better

          Another one:
          Osram Rallye 40/45W on hornet

          Osram Night Racer 90

From above of these, I think Osram Rallye 40/45W would be better.

I have used the 35/35 Silverstar and currently use the 45/40 Rallye.

Go with the 45/40, output is noticeably better.

Going through the demo video, I could notice that there's a significant difference in output. But again, a good reflector matters as well.

Amen to that, we have the same make of 45/40 running on my motorcycle that sports a MFR from the Dawn/Ambition and on my friends motorcycle that sports a corrugated unit from Hella, the difference in output is like day and night, MFR wins hands down!

                      Hi
My hornet some times does not even turn it shows complete blank in the cluster.
After some time it again behave normal starts in the first crank.
Checked the battery and it is ok.
Connected voltmeter directly to battery and showing 12.5-12.9.V even in the not turning on condition.
No slow cranking or any signs of low voltage.
Any help appreciated in this regard.
                      Thank you

Not much advantages. Better try 55/60 bulb. Available in local shops in a range of ₹100 to ₹150. Preferably Phillips or osram. Buying an expensive bulb is not much worthy. Mostly marketing gimmicks.

But hornet headlight should be 35W right?
                              50w may damage the electricals??

Is your bike still warranty? Then don't do anything.

If not in warranty you can go go for 50W, Hornet has 5amp battery which will support the extra load, but max damage you would see is few burnt marks on the headlight reflectors.
