There are some ugly welding jobs which can be noticed easily.

What wraps can be done to protect these stickers and logo ?

Regarding vehicle color change, I think it can be done but with approval of RTO and changes must be made in the RC.
Only RTO permitted colours should be done.

Well RC says Black color for my Black and Red color bike. Not sure, if I can go for a matte black wrap with a transparent wrap on the stickers or anything like that.

      Hi guys,

I own a 160 4v and am planning to do some stickering job asap. So kindly post HD pictures of your 200's.

      It would be helpful indeed
      Thank you.

Currently I am in talks with service centre regarding the sticker issue. Once everything is done, will definitely post the images and price.

Again nothing can be said with absolute precision here because all bikes, carbs and carb settings are different. Riding style and riding conditions also play a very important role.
Can you guys mention the no of turns from close that you are running with.i had tuned mine too in the way I liked but I didn't note it down and the service centre guys might have messed with it during service.

Got my brand new motorcycle from the dealer yesterday, but just realized that I didn't receive an owner's manual alongwith it, or service coupons. All I got was a toolkit and first aid kit. Recent new owners: What am I missing besides the manual?

Manual will be given once the registration is complete.

You need to get manual, insurance original, RC book (smart card) which includes roat tax.

Thanks, but the registration is complete. I'm waiting on the RC Book (smart card) to arrive through post now.

I got the road tax receipt, forgot to mention that. And I bought the insurance from my own agent, so I already have that as well.

My only concern is the user manual since I can't seem to find a digital version of it either.

Owners Manual cum Service Book must be given at the time of delivery along with medkit and and toolkit. If the paper work is completed and you have received all documents, then it might be missed by the showroom guys.

Ask them, they will provide the Owners Manual cum Service Book

I use factory setting as the starting point. From there it's 120° turn

Yeah regarding stickering job, I found that the good quality material used for stickering are lasting longer and the cheaper ones aren't the right deal.

Sorry I already changed it from the factory setting so I don't have that as reference. If someone could post the no of turns from close that would help.

                            Thanks in advance

I visited the dealer today and the manager said that the manual is currently being updated, so he doesn't have any. He told me that I'll get a call within a week with more details.

However, I've already clocked 100km on the bike and would like to read the engine break-in section of the manual. Would greatly appreciate if anyone can post a picture of that sections as well as the service interval page here.

So far, I have primarily kept the bike under 55kmph and 4.5k RPM, with very short bursts to 60kmph and 5k RPM.
