Then you can change it at 5000 Kms and then with an interval of 5k (most don't recommend keeping the interval at 10k post 2nd service).
If am correct then A.S.S. gonna use 1.5L of Bajaj 10W50 FS oil right? Do I've to change oil filter again at 1000 KM if I drain that oil and pour 20W50 SS oil in it? It's just that I've 2 bottles of Valvoline 20W50 SS oil with me.2005 HH Karizma [SOLD]

If you decide to use a different oil grade from the earlier oil in the engine, do an engine flush (liqui Moly or stp) and then add the new oil (though I think you'll need to add about 1.8ltrs of new oil rather than the regular 1.5ltrs as all the oil from the engine will come out due to the engine flush. Hence little bit more oil is needed.Wind in my hair.... and I'm semi bald...

They generally don't).

Motorcycle manufacturer would recommend it if it was necessary , which they don't . Moreover some of the flushing oil , which is basically a solvent , shall remain back in the sump and spoil the fresh new oil you pour in , which is sad .2005 HH Karizma [SOLD]
