These KTM ones.. they stick out of the handle bars so not convenient in traffic. Plus point is no vibrations in high speeds

Handling charges are illegal, an order was passed by SC.
I bought the bike in July from same dealer. He put 1500₹ as handling chargers don't know why it changed to 2000₹.
Get insurance done outside, you'll save 1000₹.
I visited other showroom and got quotes from them too, finally after a lot of taking he gave all accessories for free and total on road price of bike was 1.47L₹ including all accessories.

Saw some rust on the chain, front fork and front disc and went to the service station immediately.

The guy lubed the chain and told me not to do anything for the front disc as it will be gone after continuous use and once rainy season is over.

Anyone got such rusting on their bikes?
                Is it normal?
What can be done to prevent this?

Dont worry about this, it always happens in my FZS during rainny season. Proper lubrication will solve the issue. I kept it as a practise to leave the bike for a service before and after monsoon.

I have in front disk too, got same reply with assurance that if it increases after rain they will replace disk.

345.9km in 7.05L of petrol during the break in period. Feathering the throttle and keeping the revs below 4k RPM probably is the reason.

And that coin-like rattling has begun on my engine too. Below 3k RPM it is really loud.

Do you feel any change in performance?. I was hoping the issue will get resolved with the coming batches, but it seems to be going the opposite way with increasing number of people reporting the same. Some of them get it resolved during first service only to have it come back after a few hundred Km's.

Me too has faced same problem recently on my RE, but it was an issue with exhaust bend pipe, Internal welding of the catcon has gone loose hence coin like noise at certain RPM.
As engine and bend pipe many people got confused, even one mechanic told me that its a piston oil seal brusted and other only was suspecting the timing pin.

Not really. It's only the sound. I like it though.

But the gearbox is extremely clunky. Down-shift to first gear and the bike is very eager to stall. Down-shifting from 5th to 4th and 4th to 3rd is very very hard.

                              Rust issues too.[emoji20]

So today I tried having a test ride of the bike. One thing i noticed is the rear section of the bike that holds the tail lamp. I felt it was really flimsy and I was able to move it using just my finger. Does it poses any issue in the longer run.
I have used fz16 for 9 years now.it was one of the most sturdy bikes till date. I am still not sure about my decision for fz25.

                                Please help guys!!
