I think we can. Been cleaning chain with diesel every 200 km(poor road conditions !!mud[emoji17] )and lubing with liquid wrench chain lube. So far so good...chain looks clean....orings looks as it should look....and chain lubing and proper slack is vital!!! Completed 2500 kms....very happy with the bike....very good street performance ...

if you ride highways only the chain lube will last you more than 1000kms or so
in muddy or dusty roads ,you need to inspect chain condition then clean & apply lube.

          I usually clean after 500-700kms as i ride 70% highways , 25% city,5% offroad .
Thank you brother for the reply

Looks like Yamaha has launched FZ25 in Brazil with ABS. Why don't we get ABS as an option at least?
There is nothing wrong in selling ABS model besides regular model. Let the customer chose what he wants.

BTW, can we retrofit ABS on a bike at a later date? is it an easy setup or ?

Typical marketing strategy to freshen up product. Abs, color schemes, cosmetic changes are all weapons to sell same brand in future also, otherwise it will be dead brand.

Looks like it's the Indian fz. 2017 model is Indian one I guess. And it has abs. Hopefully someday soon it's happening in India too .

What really is the cruising speed of the fz25? 75-85 kph feels harsh, above 85 feels like we constantly need to accelerate (on open highways), I don't really find open highways everyday.

on open highway i can cruise 100-110kph all day
else stick to 60kph coz 70-90 band is a little harsh for some owners without gloves.

Oh, does the feel change with gloves? Because the harshness is in the engine originally.

my bike have minor buzz in that range but it doesnt bother me as the buzz is very low in intensity.
yes with gloves you feel less buzz on handlebar.

I actually own the fz16, and there is no harshness till above 90 kph. Looks like i need to accept that a more powerful bike will be less refined.
