    My advice to you is restore the original filter of RTR get it fitted and check i am sure it will work fine..........what it has to do with clutch plate change......
    Vibrations i believe, they usually come with the AF mixture is not tuned properly. Believe me i have tuned the AF mixture myself and it has done wonders in terms of pickup and vibrations.....the vedio i'll be posting soon for the same

      right
      that second intake or ie surge in tvs language work only when throttle is suddenly opened to make the mixture lean and give the instant throttle response to bike.
      you can see that round little thing where exhaust is attached to engine head
      and the extra two pipes are going from airbox.

        Yes now the brake pads are settling down but the free play at the front brake lever has increased to a great extent. The free play is almost to half of the full movement. Can we fix this free play issue by any means?

        • got my bore and crankshaft replaced under warranty......the service guy has told me not take the bike 50.some weird sound like trrrrrrrrr comes out from the engine even if take the bike to 60.it isnt audible in traffic but in empty quiet roads its clearly audible....should i take my bike to the svc again??? the sound comes only if i take my bike above 55 or so.

            The tappets are also settling down as an integral part of the engine.The inlet tappet clearance is 0.06 and exhaust is 0.08.If it is more the tappet sound is more audible.The adjustment is done by opening the tappet door screw and adjusting......no need to open the engine and is a minor and routine work.

            • TRU4 Premium 4T 10W30 Engine Oil by TVS

              Guys are you all aware for this TRU4 Premium 4T 10W30 Engine Oil by TVS? But i guess most of the TVS bikes need xW40 grade engine oil. So this means we can not put this oil in our bike right?
              And i think without telling us the ASS people are putting this oil in our bikes, as nowadays they are charging more for the engine oil.

                            i wanted to do a reserve to reserve milege check..But ..
                            it goes to reserve without turning the knob to "res"!!

                            well,
                            after 2nd servicing..brakes have gone to less tha 50%...n disc brake is giving some "trrr" sound...like some stones r dere in pads...servicing guys says "washed in diesel sir so 50-60 km bad it will be back to normal"
                            also performance dip n the smoothness has gone..
                            pls suggest a gud Authorisd Servis Center in Bangalore

                                happens in my bike too ! it shows 2 bars in display but it will be well below the reserve indicator in the tank
