Well the thing is my friend has a 160cc FI and he had some problem with the ECU and when he went to SVC the mechanic who he knows very much told about this and even tested with a 200cc ECU which they have with them. He said the exhaust note is bit more vibrant and gives you the feeling of riding some big machine.
While accelerating,the bike feels like it has ran out of petrol.Earlier,the TVS mechanic adjusted the TPS and it was all fine.But after filling up fuel at a pump,it has reoccured.While accelerating,the bike feels like it has ran out of petrol.Earlier,the TVS mechanic adjusted the TPS and it was all fine.But after filling up fuel at a pump,it has reoccured. While accelerating,the bike feels like it has ran out of petrol.Earlier,the TVS mechanic adjusted the TPS and it was all fine.But after filling up fuel at a pump,it has reoccured..For a rough guess to know if the TPS is faulty,ride the bike at a constant speed(between 2k-3k rpm).At this point,if the bike gives hiccups as if its running out of fuel,the TPS is at fault.But I would first recommend to get the carb jets cleaned.Same thing(hiccups) happens if the pilot jet is clogged.
