Guys, anyone please?Originally posted by ceebeer View PostHi Apachians. My friend's RTR 180 is facing loss in initial pick up, jerks at lower speeds like many members have faced. The front braking is not upto the mark, while applying the front brakes fully, the lever releases itself which results ineffective braking. His bike has done around 8000kms.Please help guys
He wants to change the body panels (tank, assembly, etc) from white to matt grey. What will be the cost of those parts?Repainting is an option, but i think that RTR's grey is very difficult to match that comes with the stock.

Only thing that comes to my mind is TPS issue.Originally posted by ceebeer View PostHi Apachians. My friend's RTR 180 is facing loss in initial pick up, jerks at lower speeds like many members have faced.
Has the break pads been changed recently or when it was changed. Check whether they have been installed correctly...If yes check whether there is air bubbles.Originally posted by ceebeer View PostThe front braking is not upto the mark, while applying the front brakes fully, the lever releases itself which results ineffective braking. His bike has done around 8000kms.
Try to get the color code of TVS matt grey, go to a good painter and get the parts painted.Originally posted by ceebeer View PostHe wants to change the body panels (tank, assembly, etc) from white to matt grey. What will be the cost of those parts?Repainting is an option, but i think that RTR's grey is very difficult to match that comes with the stock.Fare thee well xBhp, All the best for being the biggest name in corporate world

Originally posted by Krish1417 View PostHi guys,my bike's hiccup is back again
While accelerating, the bike feels like it has ran out of petrol.Earlier, the TVS mechanic adjusted the TPS and it was all fine. But after filling up fuel at a pump,it has reoccured.
Is it the TPS problem or anything else?Guys, the hiccup is still thereOriginally posted by Krish1417 View PostThe mechanic said it is due to improper tuning, like more of air and less of petrol
,for now it’s fine
Though it is less than it used to be earlier.
Took it again to the nearest TVS SC, he said that the above hiccup is not there and if it occurs once again it's better to change the TPS.
While riding back home, again the hiccup/jerks was noticeable but was less.
I think it might be because of adulterated petrol, or is it the TPS? Should i drain out the petrol? Help me guys

Hi Guys..Has anybody tried Osram Night Breaker or Philips Xtreme Power in the bikes. Is it direct fit and do we need to convert to complete DC for the change?
Any idea how much those bulbs cost?
Also will it cause any overheat which will effect the headlamp assembly
Also @prateek you had fit this blue-eye headlamps (sorry if I've used the wrong term
), right?
What is the price for the same yaar?
Also I have a silly doubt on it. How will you be able to ride with those in night. I mean is it just that blue color stuff with normal headlamps in the middle & you can use both of them together?---------------------------------------------------------------------------

As said by Kantu mine is Projector + HID + Angel Eye set up.... The blue one in pic is the angel eye for which I have got separate switch. The projector + hid set up works in night and this blue angel eye is just 'tashan'... no practicalityOriginally posted by susheelkumar View PostAlso @prateek you had fit this blue-eye headlamps (sorry if I've used the wrong term

. I got these from www.mxsmotosport.com at 5k including fitting. But now here in Delhi, projector 'thingy' is booming and one can get at much lesser price.

Also I fear if any over-heating happens by doing the same.
