Have got some gear manufacturing industries here , they manufacture sprockets for pulleys. Might go to them to check if they can get me same material but more teeth

                • ^^^ Refer Manual for clear instrutions :

Freeplay of clutch must be between 5-15mm

To adjust freeplay loosen the nut 1, then adjust nut 2 to set proper freeplay.
Rotating it clockwise will tighten it.
You can use the small spanner in Tool Kit.

If you loosen it too much you may experience gear slipping i.e it drops back a gear from 4->3 etc.

I'm 6'3" and weigh in around 90-100kgs atm.
Bike seems to fit me well... And btw she is up for Sale.... For details contact me. Barely done 350kms till now and i don't get time to ride either of my bikes. Hence deciding to part away with the RTR ABS

Should have waited a day more Dude, since The TVS are officially launching the new Apache Tomorrow.

How does it differ as the new one has merely forgettable additions.
