                • Guys,

Anyone using an air filter other than the stock sponge one? I want to change the spark plug, spark plug cable, oil, oil filter & air filter and need help with all of these. For the plug/cable, which one should I choose for better performance if irridium ones aren't available. Also, I have an issue with the headlight which isn't bright enough despite a new bulb and good battery. Appreciate any suggestions. BTW mine is CBZ 2001 model, 73k, full stock.

yes ! recently i had to give my CBR to the showroom for a couple of days regarding shims issue, and that was when i rode her for the first time after many months .boy there was the widest grin on my face ...It felt so different and lovely to ride ! .

and believe it or not ...the gear shifts were so smooth ....the handle bars had no vibrations like i faced with the CBR ,....and ride was so comfortable ..and the exhaust note plain SYMPHONY.(i have one with a wider opening @ muffler end that came in the earlier lots )....althought the experience was only of a few kms daily....It was a bliss ....!

Soon again , i ll be giving my CBR to the showroom for shims issue ..last time they did not fir the right shims ..and the only good thing about this whole drama is that i ll be riding my First love again ! ....

heres a pic ..latest i have installed "CBZ extreme Alloy Wheels" on her.

                        HAIL THE CBZ ....!

Hey Budd, where did you manage the original CBZ disc plate? I've been searching for one for a long time now and eventually had to satisfy myself with an Achiever disc plate. Anyway, the color is really good.. But you sure, the brake oil hose is of CBZ only? Looks the hose is pretty long and is not fitting in properly. Also the clip which grips hose to the mud guard is missing. But I'm still wondering how you managed an old CBZ disc plate.

Hey Budd, yeah, the wait is indeed over. Thanks to you, you got your hands on manual finally. Desperately waiting for it.
