I'd advice you to go till 8K rpm till 2K kms and then go higher with the range after every 400-500kms
    Many thanks burninrubbr ......

You can rip for your own pleasure though.
Yup will do ...thanks again Torquemaster

Yellow? It'll go well with your rain suit.
There are no digital console of yet... maybe in 2012. The 2011 version only has a dial color change!

And I was thinking orange! or White!

                      • Few photos from my ride on Sunday through the following route, Trivandrum - Nagercoil - Tirunelveli - Thenkasi - Kuttalam - Thenmala - Nedumangad - Trivandrum. Start time 2 am, finish time 11am (including miscellaneous stops for 2 hours). Total distance covered, 306km.

Weather condition: Heavy Rain till Nagercoil. It was cloudy through out for the rest of the ride.

En route through: Cities, Townships, Express Highways, Villages.

Ride experience: The Ninja lives upto it's name, the performance was absolutely the best I've had in these routes till date. the weather condition or the road condition was not an issue for the Ninja. Straight lining and Cornering were the best I've experienced till date. The braking and acceleration were too good foe the weather and road conditions.

P.S: The much talked about leak into the headlight occurred for me too. I've taken a photo to discuss about it with Kerala PBK service station.

it is not that complicated. you will have to sand and grind them down to the base coarse plastic, then primer, and then paint and then clear.

But the finish wont be the same, and shade matching will be an issue. So that will always make them look like an add on.

Not sure if the headlight issue is going to be there for all the Ninjas out there, Bluevolt faced the issue and he had shared it here, that is what triggered me to check my headlight after the rainy ride... The vision or the light spread never had an issue though...

The bike's handling and braking were as normal as ever and in control... just that you might want to apply the rear brake initially rather than the front brake due the wet road conditions and gravel spread around the road by the rain water...
