Actually it was killer_instinct's Ninja which seemed to have the leakage problem.

But partial condensation might happen after the rain which is a normal occurence. Should go away on its own.

This is true. Soft engine break-in will result in a softer engine (if that makes sense)

Varying the RPM is the only KEY here. It is imperative that you ride the bike a little hard for if you have soft broken in your engine there is no way its gonna help you one day when you suddenly decide to rip it open on a highway.

Vary the RPMs and hit that limiter once or twice every 100 kms in whatever gear you want to. BUT VARY THE RPMS

What you obviously should not be doing is buying the bike and hitting the limiter...Kawasaki has the conservative break in procedure since the 1980s and it is for idiots who will buy a bike from the showroom and hit the limiter in every gear...which is an easy thing to do..on the 250R.

If you dont know what you are doing...you should stick to manufacturers instructions...for it is ok to have an underpowered engine but no fun to have a malfunctioning engine.

when i ride bullet before my bullet was solid condition but i once race with a Ceilo car and my engine size. mechancic say bullet is good bike but no racing. it is good for three people and very powerful.

completely agree ... engine friction and temperature also to be considered while varying the RPMs and always warm up the engine at lower rpm when starting up a cold bike before putting it through progressive heat cycles by varying the rpm

but as Tenhut said stick to manufacturers instruction if you dont know what you are doing ...

I'm not sure about his Ninja, but future 250R's delivered in 2011 WILL have green tail and black seats, but minus the graphics.
