I could see the speedo touching the 100km mark on one straight stretch.

It is a decent set of frame sliders.

The best according to the international ninjette forums are the No Cut Shogun Frame Sliders (But these are not actually no cut). Costs much more than puig but the fit and finish is awesome.

I saw the Shoguns on a ninja at the 1000 ninja's celebration rally in Blore.
thx aditya reg yr advice on frame sliders.got one pair from bachoo motors on ebay.Does probiking fellows help u installing them??

I asked for hugger installation for my Ninja at Pro-biking Service Centre here in Delhi, they were ready for this provided you have installation guide that would help them in case they face some problem while installation.

I think they will be ready to do this too provided it does not involve any cutting.

Yes. PBK will fit them for you. The Puig's are bolt on so no worries regarding warranty, etc.

As long as the fuel is 91 octane (minimum) then you and the bike are good.

Shell regular and premium are 91 octane. Shell premium has additivies, no difference in octane from the shell regular.

If you trust the quality of fuel in other bunks go for the premium fuels at those bunks. No need to depend on shell all the time.

              • Related to the above post by aditya... on Fuel..

Just for a change.. i got my bike refuelled at bpcl pump, near HCL , electronic city.. as i had heard reviews of the quantity being good and no cheating at the pump..

Went in for Normal instead of Speed fuel, as the normal sold at BPCL is also 91 Octane. But after the refueling and driving it around for 50km+ .. their was too much of vibration near the seat and the tank area..

Thought it was because of some nut bolt loose problem.. and for a confirmation got it checked from adi too..
But it turned out that when i refueled at Another HPCL pump in HSR layout(due to emergency reasons), The vibrations disappeared.

The bike is running smoothly even at 160+ speeds , as it was to run on shell fuel.. Do not know why such a difference.. as HPCL normal fuel had an octane no. of 87.. still the bike is very much much smooth.
                RIP Marco

15W50 will do just fine. Its slightly thinner than the 20w50 so its gonna circulate faster and better on a cold start in the morning. Go ahead with this.

For the other part of your query see this - Car Bibles : The Engine Oil Bible (although it mentions car engine, the concepts and tech stuff is the same).

Another issue got stuck to my mind last night,is 3000 4T 15W 50 is a genuine grading available with Motul as none of Motul sites mentioned this grading. It is only available in India, I suppose.
Aditya : do you used the same Motul mineral oil of same grading earlier?

Sorry guys, if I am streching this topic too much.
