Hello guys. Hope you all are doing well.
Well, I've got my first Kawasaki ninja 250r a week back and I am super thrilled about it.
Though sadly I am not able to unleash the beast right now due to the running in stuff.
Eagerly waiting for the beast to finish 1000km so that I can take it to its limit.
I got a Black colour and it looks stunning. Didn't wanna get the green cause its way too bright.. Good luck guys. tc

Yea exactly. I actually met a person at the service station who had installed HID projectors.
Frankly speaking it looks terrible on the ninja. It doesn't look good on the ninja's. R15's are the perfect bike for the HID projectors.

                  I thought it is 1000 and 1000?
But what I am doing right now is that. Every 50km I top it upto a 120 .
It sucks to the core dude. When you're having a monster to yourself and not able to unleash it lol. Anyways do u think it is good to speed it upto 120 every 50km.
Purpose= A ninja specialist told me that if i did this then my engine would give both the required mileage and also performance whereas if i did the full running in then i would just be able to get a good mileage.
                  Seeking advice plz.
                  Thanks Bro

I am not a highly technical person but I feel that you should adhere to the run in instructions provided by company till first 1600 km. You should then try to ride with higher (nearing redline) revs for next month or so to open up the engine. This way, you would have your cake and eat it too.

Anyways for the bolts..they usually don't fall off so easily, but yes the bad road sto give a hard time to the bike if the suspension settings are stock..which are usualy hard.
if the screws were already lose they could have fallen off due to vibrations, or else normally they don't.
                          @R-Series,Thats what i thought too.Thanks for confirming.

There are various detailed threads on this on ninjette.org. Search there and you'll find all the info.

I have the Bike Monkey tail lamp but it is not the one which has turn signals integrated with the tail lamp unit. Wanted something basic so bought this. Straight bolt on fit with no modifications whatsoever to the electrical system. Unless changes are made to the electricals there wont be warranty issues. But check with the service center, they may be paranoid about small and insignificant things

For the fairing bolts issue, they never fell off for me in the last 21,500 kms or 2 yrs. They were not tight enough when you serviced the bike.
                          Thanks for the reply aditya.
I installed the integrated tail light myself last Sunday. It didn't require any electrical modifications. The following is the one that i installed.

                          • Guys, just back from a Mumbai-Leh-Khardungla trip on the Ninja. The bike was awesome everywhere except on ice - where she just goes sideways

Had to let off air from tires to find some traction on the way to K Top.

All in all - an awesome experience on the bike. She did all that was asked of her much better than I hoped.
