Does anyone know, what is the price of a new bulb (basically what will be the expense)?

You could use the P220's bulb. It costs around 200bucks.

As for the 150kmph topspeed is concerned, there's nothing wrong with your bike if it's post 2010 model. The speedo error has been corrected in post 2010 models and the topspeed you'd see would be around the 160kmph tops depending on the conditions. I've seen a tad above 160 kmph but that depends on the conditions to a large extent, I. E windblast etc. Also check for the air pressure in the tyres.

^^True I was under the impression that my bike was defective but I had a discussion with one of our fellow xbhpiabs and he clarified this fact.
I'm 68kg n full crouched I can hit speeds of 160kmph. In maybe a few kms more the bike can drag slowly to 165k but that's the max I can expect.
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

A replacement was attempted via insurance but it failed.
Very sorry to hear about your incident. I think it would be very difficult to match the colour with fairing now. For the same reason I had to replace my plastic piece under the rear seat. Once it got scratches from the back pack I tied at the rear.

Whatever I try, it would not match the cowl colour.

thank you for the link but this would only serve the purpose if it's just a scratch. What's happened now is, the SVC has now painted the tank with a duff colour.

I wanted to change it when they told they won't be able to match it but the insurance guy didn't agree for a replacement.

OT: would like to meet once you land in the city. Please ping me.

Check if the chain is not too loose or too tight. That might stop you from getting high speeds.

They have Kraftework frame sliders, not sure if they are 'no cut' ones.
