Thanks for the info.....frankly; i could not understand the mentioned information due to very much technical part...(i need to learn more on auto technology/engineering....)...can i have same explanation in easy terms...i would be very thankful to you...

What else this issue effect in bike apart from engine stalling...

The graph is self explanatory.....The CO gas(Carbon Monoxide) is the worst offender of the environment and is a Toxic gas which is color less and also Odor less.So the less we see it in Exhaust gas , the better....that said we also want to maximise the power of the engine(for good FE) with the ideal AF Ratio, without increasing CO emission...In light of this if you now see the graph ,you will notice that the Engine Power peaks at AFR of 14 to 15 :1 and CO emission is also reducing steeply at this level...
So if you want to tune your engine for correct AFR take it to a emission test center and Tune for a CO level of 1.5 % ,and you would have tuned the engine for optimum performance with minimum Pollution.

        1) Over heating
        2) Cold start problems.
        3) Lack of linear pickup.
        4) Reduced max. speed
        5) Life of engine will be compromised.

thanks bro...now i able to understand...

Well, since ZMR has not tuning point (what i know; Fi) then how a emission test center able to re-tune it...or for Fi bikes we need to replace parts...

Thanks; yes cold start has become issue now...actually when the problem was start appearing in my ZMR...cold start was not an issue, but when i give it to SVC...problem increases there workshop and now cold start issue has started...this i checked it during my visit on Sunday at SVC...

Yes you are right about Fi tuning...there is nothing that can be done to change AFR...that said the graph gives you an intuition into what is happening inside the engine and what is the accepted Levels you should look for ,be it carburetor or PGMFi. With your problems, the Emission check will show very low CO and high Oxygen level, indicative of Lean mix...
So in trouble shooting Fi it is either lean , because of holes in Air Filter allowing more than normal amount of air, or clogged Injector delivering less than normal amount of fuel.....
Please read my earlier reply and you will now understand how i guessed the possible cause for your problem...and you have now confirmed clogged injector.....
If you had a Clogged Air filter still the bike would have run ,but rich, giving you less FE, and the top speed will be reduced...again if the emission is tested it will show more CO and less or nil Oxygen in exhaust gas.
So tuning in Fi means isolating the problem with the help of a emission test and correcting it.

Used to replace it there when i gave for service al the time.. But now am not satisfied with the oil so i'll take Mobil to a local mech near my place.. Not dream machines..

Well at time of delivery of my bike, they told that the FI bikes don't have any extension warranty.. But after the feedback from the members, I gave a call to the SVC and they told to visit with the service book and extend it if possible.

Can any one show any proof of somthing that I can show to the SVC members, so that they are convised.

I will wait for the feedback..

Engine flushing is done ONLY if there is Gum/Varnish and light sludge formation in engine ...It is the last resort and avoids stripping the engine and cleaning every engine part . Unless you have severe gum/varnish/sludge formation, do not do this. As an alternate try a Diesel engine oil Shell Rimula R 4 or R 3 series(does not have friction modifiers) and the detergent in this oil will clean up the engine and it's internal ways.Run for at least 500 kms distance with R4/R3 and your engine will be better....
