Thats a great news...Try and ask them what was the whole issue about...see if you can get some technical information on it.....So we can be educated regarding the same incase it occurs with any one else...!!

Me using these 20 SMDs... But I got them for 249... They're blue when lit and look good with my Osram NB

guys I have doubt! I gave my bike for 7th service,that is the paid one! I have covered 10608kms and have replaced my front disc pad in the fifth service and now replaced my back disc pad!.But when I rode the bike today there was no efficient breaking from my back disc. I felt it was way too weak and the bike was moving 3 to 4 feet even after applying the break while in a very less speed. when I asked the service representative he told that as it was new, and he told something about oil on the disc. he told me it will be fine after some kms! is it really true? coz this was not the case on my front disc!
[apart from that he made a scratch below the left mirror on the fairing my bike gets scratched the first time! he flatly told me it was there when i gave it to him ! is there any way to prevent them from blaming us ? )they dint replace the air filter too! at the end of the day i am frustrated!

Front forks are very stiff after changing it in the recent servicing, don't known what is the issue, will visit service center tomorrow for the issue

Thats a good news , please try to get some details from mechanic , service incharge & workshop manager on why the issue happened .
I think injector is reason ( as my rpm fluctuating problem is solved by cleaning it ) but why it is ? What is needed to be taken care to avoid this ?

May be as they are new they will took some 20/30 km to set in or may be air bubble in disc brake oil check for it .

Why changing ? As i know one needs to just change fork oil .

Well i do not refill so soon!! When the pointer starts blinking first i ride for another 50+ kms!! Only then i change.. I've done 23+k kms the saame way for nearly 2 yrs.. Did not face any problem..

as soon as last bar blinks either i refill and if im out of money, i start using public transport instead

ECU- They have replaced the whole ECU unit from the new ZMR. Since part was not available with them and required time.

Spark Plug. - Due to issue; plug got damage. Changed to normal NGK

Now come to bike; bike has become smoother; pickup increases. No vibration. However tapped are loose; SVC has advise that ride bike as it is now; will re tune the tapped in a week or 2 week. Because parts are new and let them adjust in running.

Also, he said; that engine will become more smooth after a next service...

Now come a issue: Today morning when i start; bike shows issue in cold start; RPM fluctuating a lot and stop. But when the engine get warm, no issue in start. Had a word today in SVC; about the issue. Will be going again for inspection.

As for the engine stalling issue; Occurring due to adulterated fuel as mentioned by SVC....

HI guys...Back from a 600kms ride on the NH3...and its outskirts.....ZMR gave an amazing performance throughout...onroading..offroading...No roading to.....travelled through soo many villages where practically there werent any roads....only horrible gravels.....!! but no issues...an amazing suspension and a well calculated ground clearence of the ZMR made it easy for me to maneuver my ride...!! will post facts of the ride soon coz i feel there is some issues with the fuel gauge...coz i had a full tank (Up to the Brim) before i started and after 600kms the fuel gauge shows 4 points...that is approx 7.5 litres of fuel left...so mileage...80KMPL...........!! il get my fuel tank full today and then will get a clear picture of the thingy....lets wait n watch..!! and yeah top speed reached 131kmph.....NH3....downslope....full throttle....only me on the bike and the bike fully loaded with luggage...!!

Congrats.... Dude, how do you find time to ride (for more than a few hundred kms) evry weekend???? I'm jealous of you. All I get is a 3-4 days gap in a month at random, where I do some 1000-1200 kms and then its quite for the remaining month...

By the way, 80 kmpl??? lolz... Mine gives only 41-46.... He he....

Hahahaha....there is some mistake in calculations and what my fuel gauge is displaying....today will refuel Snowy...and then will come to know the exact scenario.
and when it comes to time....hummm....maloom nahi....all i can say is i have good frens and family...who manage all my personal work which i should do during my weekend but they do it instead coz im out..:-)
Now for next week no riding:-( coz of diwali:-)..!!! and even the next week end (17th -18Th Nov)it aint possible....coz have to go out with family for a religious outing...!!.....i feel my next ride will directly be the GOA ride this new year..!! il upload a few pics of the last weekends ride in the evening...:-)
