Re: Hero Honda Karizma ZMR
Sorry but dx doesn't seem to have stock any more. However found an ebay link for the exact same product: http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewi...d=261208782580Originally posted by antan_shank View PostTrue sir... Can point me to the product in the dx.com?? Did u buy the initial one from here?? Which one is better 6000K or 4200K bulb??
The initial one I bought it from jc road, bangalore. I never had issues with it. The 4300k bulb is the best among hid bulbs. Because in this temperature range u have the best visibility in fog, rain and as well when moving in the city. With the 6000k bulb I noticed that vision is bad even under the mercury lamps used in street lights.

Like I said previously, hid without projector is just reckless (I learnt this the hard way), remember those numerous times you curse those cars/bikes in the oncoming lane for having their beams in ur eyes, well without projectors u would be joining their club if u put hidsOriginally posted by antan_shank View PostThnks bro!!! As to where to get it from, personally I see no issues in the Chinese one as long as you can get a 4300k bulb, like I mentioned previously I had one for 1.5 years without any trouble. Plus for 1800 for the entire kit, it's a steal

Yes I guess!!! Truly agree with you... But where is the online market from where I can buy it... Another thing that I worried about is how to install it? will it require removal of the whole vizar or it can be fitted just like any halogen bullb...Originally posted by snehithpereira View PostLike I said previously, hid without projector is just reckless (I learnt this the hard way), remember those numerous times you curse those cars/bikes in the oncoming lane for having their beams in ur eyes, well without projectors u would be joining their club if u put hids

Re: Hero Honda Karizma ZMR
A little clarity here. When u say hard, is it the lever thats hard, ir do u find thr braking to be hard. And by stuck again do you mean wheel lock or the lever ?Originally posted by veryhiphop View PostMy ZMR front brakes not working properly...its hard and getting stick on applying a brake....what could be a reason for this...

Re: Hero Honda Karizma ZMR
Online if you want you can pick it from ebay.in as their prices are decent, also where do you stay, based on that you could consider buying it locally or getting it shipped. To install it, the wiring is pretty basic, nothing worrisome, and yes to fit you need to remove your headlight assembly and then fit it. Which I can walk you through at a later stage if yku are interested in doing it yourself else u can always opt for a electrician.Originally posted by antan_shank View PostYes I guess!!! And regarding my stay, i am farm Durgapur near kolkata (around 150KM).... I will check locally if its avaiable, can you please guide what company and are the things I must look for as I have very less knowledge about projectors and HIDs...
If I get it locally that will be best, or else buy it online.. But sadly can't find anything in ebay with projector kid, there are a lot of HID kid...
Thanks in advance...

Re: Hero Honda Karizma ZMR
Same happened to me few days back for the front brakes... Got it fixed, need to replace a spring level that is present inside the oil chamber mounted on the handle... Its was plastic one that came from Hero, replaced with a brass material (Rs 340) and all fine now... Changed in 21000 KM...Originally posted by veryhiphop View Postbrake lever is hard in pressing ....braking seems to fine...but it get stuck and stick at one point and get release with lever....
