Step 4: After complete assembly, open slightly the oil drain plug (grease nipple covered with rubber cover) of the Brake Caliper. Pump the brake lever for several times. This will help entire line to be filled up with Brake oil and help removal of air from the line.
Step 5: Once oil starts coming out of the nipple, immediately tighten it and put back the rubber cover.
Step 6: Now the brake is up and running. Enjoy your SAFE ride !

A very good and safe biker not only because he can pop up either of the wheels, scrape his knees on a corner or go fast and make it look stylish but because he very well knows his limits and capabilities and has the patience to learn about others and ride safe ! :)

    • @Anant...you think anyone would go for the ABS after you made your statement "SaferideABS is a safety feature for the lesser skilled"

but seriously for newbies here its actually a requirement...even for guys who have shifted from a drum brake to a disc....it might actually help...

Exactly that's why I posted the info here.Actually it's not an ECU ABS system, it's a manually ABS system.

Engine stops at idle. I went to the service stations once & they did something but it continued. Again they fixed it and for a couple of days it was ok but now again creating me problems. now it stops even I hv already done about 10kms at a stretch.
              Any advice?
Which service station do you visit? I go to Nawinna one.

What is the IDLE rpm of your bike? Is it lower than 1K? What about the carburetor tuning?

It's just below 1k.I don't know about the carburator tuning.but I just asked the mechanic at the service centre and he told me it was fine.

Ride the bike about 2-3kms so that the engine becomes warm and set the idle rpm to 1.4K. This should solve the problem.

Thanx..but I already tried it.Even after riding it for more than 7kms it stopped yesterday. I'm frustrated.......

Then, could you please explain in detail what is exactly happening?

Is the bike only shutting of while leaving the throttle, If so then the only reason I think off is that your IDLE rpm is too low try to increase and set it to a higher side like 1.7-2K and then try if the problem persists.

Just let the bike idle for a while say a minute or so before you take off for the first time in a day.. this should solve the problem..low idle rpm is not a problem at all trust me with that, coz, on my bike it's set just below 1k rpm. if this is not helping then you need to adjust the fuel-air mixture screw.. svc guys can do that very easily.. they might have set it low..meaning lean fuel-air mixture, which can certainly stop your bike whenever you give throttle.

                              I'm sorry I couldn't descrbe it well.
in the morning when I start the bike the rpm goes to about 3k(as usual with auto choke) and if I miss the second at which it ends it will stop.
say I race just after auto choke and move on and complete about 2,3 kms and I stop at the traffic signals.there if I leave the throttle it surely stops.it happened few times.once after restarting the engine and kept racing I left it for just a moment and it again stopped.
If I increase the Idle rpm to 2k after completing 7,8kms it will set @ about 2.5k, won't it be too high?but I'll try that as well.

If I leave at idle it stopes after auto choke.

Ride the bike by setting the idle rpm to 2K. After the bike heats-up and the rpm touches 2.5K on idle, then just set the rpm to 1.5k and see if the bike stalls or not.
