With increased carbon deposition, the Butterfly valve becomes sticky or actually it responds slower due to the carbon. So that would need cleaning!!!_________________________

Since alot of us want ot know how/whom to write to BAL, heres wat i did.
Send a mail to BAL , email id : [email protected]
with the problem and following details ..

Date of Purchase -
Contact No. -
Also send a mail only if the problem cannot be solved by SC.And keep the problem description short.
Once ur mail gets theu u will get an sms stating complian number and one of the guys from Sc will call you .
If this doesnot work then lemme kno.
