what praful bhai meant is , the chain might be a little lose.. and if ur chain is making a constant noise, its coz the sprockets are very new.. they take time to wear out and reduce in noise...

the 220 kind of makes noises like that,.. coz the whole chain assembly is open..in other bikes, there is a chain guard..not much sound heard..dont wrooy brother... its fine..

the oil ur using to lubricate the chain is fine... lub it once every 500kms or if u find chain to be dirty...k ?

oh and im yet to buy lube for my bike... i think i'll buy motul ...ive arranged for it...
    Thankz bro

              did it myself.
with the help of the pics uploaded by vid_powerstroke...its simple but requires 1hr minimum.
the key is remove each and every screw or bolt u can where u find some space pack it with the tape and then tighten the nuts......

yes around 90% of the vibes are gone...
and remaining are vibes from engine area..

its available in any hardware store or car decor shops
i got it from hoarding, flex and banner shop.
not much tape is required since we have to cut it into small pieces before sticking.

                      ok here we go again

first take a good look which screws can be opened, open them and dissemble the visor from the bike(in my case it was also making noise) then judge the gap between 2 fiber layers and stick the tape in between them other alternate is after removing all the screws just start ur engine and revv up and notice the place from which extra noise is noticable. then cut the tape into small pieces (so that they may not peep out between the fairing when you tighten the screws).
stick the tape to desired places and care fully assemble the fairing with the screws.
tip:remove the no. plate so that u can view and reach the screws lying underneath.
tighten the screws then revv the engine and feel the difference..(don't know how long vibes are off but pretty im pretty satisfied right now.)

whole fairing will not be removed by removing screws itself. it can only made loose so u have to find gaps and stick tape by ur own way.
                      hope this time u understood
see pics posted by vid_powerstroke back few pages it helped a lot...

Black deposits indicates a rich AFR. U can make the AFR a bit lean and run for a while. U will get more mileage too .

                              U can go for the same tyre. Other good options are R15's 80/90-17", P220 DTS-i's 90/90-17", FZ16's 100/80-17", IRC wildflare 100/80-17".

Dont think if u remove the whole fairing it will be of help. U can remove the whole thing and can make it perfectly vibe-free by sticking tape everywhere. But u cant fit it back as a whole unit. First u have to put the fairing. Then the speedo console. Then finally the visor and the shield kind of thing under the fairing. U cant fit the whole thing at once. Thanks to the stupid fairing bracket.
