it would be waste of money in the sense that they charge rs 25 per tyre here in delhi, and i doubt even if they fill nitrogen. no other benefit is observed else the tyre runs cooler as reported by some iser but is this really matters>?

i guess normal air will do the job.

            • Guyz.. Facing a small issue on my Karizma..!!
The key-lock has gone for a toss I guess..!! Even though I start the bike & the key is ON.. I can take my key out of the key-hole..!!
So to avoid the key from falling, I start the ignition through my key & remove it, keep in my pocket & ride it..!
I think the lock assembly may have to be changed.. or any other suggestions..?
What could be the possible expense am looking out for..!

Dont think u need to change the lock set. Just use the spare key. The one which u r using rite now might have been worned out!

                  • You are in for a lock set change. Happens for all bikes after 3-4 years of contant use. I have faced this on all my bikes too.
You can delay it for a while by using the spare key like Satish said, but that will also eventually slip out coz the problem is the lock wearing out, not the key.
Unless you want to start the bike&put the key in your pocket everytime!

Have you changed the lock set? How much did it cost you?

Got the Zma serviced today at a nearby showroom as one of my mech was not available and another one changed his shop!

changed front ASK disc pads to RTR pads. CHanged the rear brake shoe as well. Filled in Honda 20W40 oil, 1ltr. Fixed the loose barend weights. Tappets were loose and there was little problem with tuning as well. I did'nt trust those svc guys so i did'nt bother telling them.

                        Total expense was 963rs

                        RTR pads - 353rs
                        Brake shoe - 100rs
                        Honda oil - 160rs
                        Service - 350rs.

My friend(surya) is taking it for a long ride today at 3.30am. Hyd-chennai-Hyd. So chennai guys, if u spot a black AP registered zma-r with xbhp sticker on the visor till saturday, its my zma

Are the RTR pads a direct fit on the ZMA? From where do you source the pads from?

My ZMA front brake pads are worn out and that too in just 14k kms. Almost fainted hearing the cost of the ZMA parts. . If you have changed the disc as well, did you use the ZMA disc from HH or sourced it from outside?
