Well i might sound negative here and dont mean to dis-courage you, but in my opinion once the vehicle orginal set-up is altered (chasis or fork etc) its very difficult to get it back to showroom condition. The calibration is not very easy to get right by manual set-ups. What you can do is get it to the best possible levels, check the CG of the bike, if that has moved due to any reason (Engine mounting on the frame, bore positioning and any padding etc) then there might be some soultion. If they have checked the T stem/Fork and the rims then i think only thing that remains is wheel bearings and engine mounting or dampners.Originally posted by [email protected] View Post

Warranty is only for the engine.Originally posted by blade7 View PostGuys, what are the factors due to which warranty on a bike is void..
I intend to change the horn and the rear tyre of my bike.
My ZMA is over a month old.
Any change outside the engine is ok
PS: exhaust is part of the engine.

Is the battery covered under some kinda warranty..?
A HID will void that warranty..?I'm normally not a praying man, but if you're up there, please save me Superman.

Hehe, well like ankur said, battery will have independent warranty. HH gives amco batteries by default.Originally posted by MavericK46 View PostToo much leg pulling there pkm

Hid will not void the warranty. Especially in ZMA u just need to tap the wires at the bulb socket and graft the hid wires. Rest of the bike wont know its running a hid. The stock bulb or the hid both run on DC 35watts.

Hey Guys,
Does anyone knows a good mechanic for Karizma in Ahmedabad? The machine really needs a good servicing for herself.
Any help would be much appreciated!!
Cheers!

How much has your ZMA run?? Brake shoe also causes the issue you have mentioned. get the Brake Shoe scrubbed (with a sand paper) or replace them before replacing the Drum Itself.Originally posted by DeepakumarMy Zma-R sounds some screeching noise when i apply my back brake,HH service told me tht inner drum has become hard and itz better to change it in the future
. is it true tht alloy damages due to normal wear and tear i couldn't see any scratches inside the drum, by they are saying they could see some scratches help me everyone.
